I recently placed an online order with Latham Steel Doors. The ordering process was straightforward, and I received my invoice shortly after placing the order.

I wasn’t completely sure about the breakdown of the charges, so I contacted customer service. My query was clarified quickly and professionally, which gave me confidence in the service.

During the call, I was transferred to the Sales team because I had forgotten to order a fixing kit, which would normally have cost an additional £30. I spoke with Chloe Wilkinson, who was extremely helpful and understanding. As the omission was my mistake, I was pleasantly surprised when Chloe offered to send the fixing kit free of charge as a goodwill gesture.

From start to finish, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend Latham Steel Doors and would like to thank Chloe and the team for their excellent customer service.

Fast delivery, driver politely called ahead and was on time. He helped carry the items round to the garage.

Just opened my parcel and quite impressed with the quality of the door and its packaging and for the price I paid i think you definitely get value for money the door was dropped right where I wanted it with a smile from the delivery driver (Lee) so overall I am very happy with the service I have received 😀

Very helpful service and good website. Georgia helped out with some clarification on the door as my order was slightly unusual as I didn’t need any fittings because the door was to replace a damaged one in a failed burglary attempt.

Door arrived today and the delivery was spot on. Lee handled the whole thing brilliantly, kept me informed, was careful with the door and friendly and professional from start to finish.

Nothing was too much trouble. I've not had it installed yet so can't speak to the door itself, but if the product is anything like the service Lee gave, I'll be very happy.
