Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Kate at Latzio Living. Having ordered six Claws Out Leopard Chairs, I was excited when they arrived this week.
The delivery couldn't have been better. SGK gave me a time slot and informed me when they were 40 minutes away.
The two delivery men were very polite and placed the boxes exactly where I requested.
I have now unpacked the chairs and they are even more stunning than in the pictures. They are beautifully made, with each chair matching in pattern and shading. They are very comfortable too. I am so impressed not only with the chairs but with the excellent service.
Thank you very much Kate and all at Latzio. I am looking forward to choosing more items from the company.
Highly recommended!

Do not order from here: waiting over 3 months for refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY : ordered bean bag December 9th with estimated delivery date 18th December. On 26th December they emailed me to say they didn’t have the fabric for the order so I could order another fabric or get a refund. I requested a refund. It’s now March 7th and I’ve still received no refund after emailing several times have had email responses with various excuses why I haven’t received my money back but not gotten anywhere and still have no refund 4 months after ordering the product.

Really poor service

The Accounts has issued the refund to the original payment card last week, however, it can take up to 10 working days before Stripe sends the details to Klarna which is beyond our control.

Kate saved us!

We encountered many issues with our order due to supplier issues, but Kate in the customer services team was fantastic. She was always on hand, more than willing to help, and really made what otherwise would have been a stressful time, bareable! Kate should be commended for her services - she really did put the customer first and is an asset to the company. Would buy from the company again, but would otherwise have avoided but for Kate!

Tiresome and no product

Placed an order, advised delivery would be before 22/01.
No further correspondence.

Chased - sarcastic and poorly written response advised February.
Chased again today 10/02 - Another poorly written response with another failed attempt at sarcasm.

I still await no firm detail of the arrival of my item.

Excellent if you want to spend money and receive nothing in return.

Your EDD was 21st January and I sent you an update on 22nd January advising of the delay to which you replied and so have I and after that, I had no reply from your side.

Then you emailed me on 10th February and I have emailed you back however I had no response from your side if you still want to wait for your product therefore I just sent you another Email with an update today.

We have been emailing you however we had very short emails from your side with no direct answers so it is hard to assist not knowing your wishes.

Terrible experience getting a refund-…

Terrible experience getting a refund- like so many other reviewers here. I placed an order on 1 January. They took the money on the same day but wrote back on 13th saying it's out of stock. Forty-odd days later and after 9 email exchanges where a 'Kate' promises the 'Accounts' will pay the refund this Friday, next Friday, ....., Still no refund. Do NOT BUY from this company.

Constantly lied to by Customer Services - do not buy from this company!

Do not order from this company!
I have been told a series of lies by Latzio Customer Services including that my products were in their warehouse being stored for me, then that they were at the UK Border when it turned out they were still in Germany. They missed several delivery dates that they told me were booked in, failed to even tell me the deliveries wouldn’t come, ignored emails from me and finally have told me this week that a refund (first offered to me in June 2022) had been credited to my account when it has not been. I ordered the products in February 2022 and still have no products and no refund. I am now having to instigate court proceedings to get my money back.

No refund month later

Made an order a month ago and told was out of stock so asked for a refund. Have emailed customer services 3 times and they keep saying accounts will refund but still nothing. Would not normally give bad review but would not like other people to have to experience this

Buyer beware... Extremely slow at refunding money

Canceled an order a day after being placed, was repeatedly told a refund was being issued, on the way, checking with the status with the accounts team - over a month later, multiple check-in's and still nothing. Finally placed a case with American Express who refunded the money within 24Hrs.

BRILLIANT ITEMS FROM BRILLANT SELLER!

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase received today, exactly as promised, in perfect condition. A beautiful pepper (capsicum) shaped vase in lovely greens and red colours. It looks fabulous on my stone fireplace alongside my other treasures! The vase was well packaged so that no damaged occurred in transit. Highly recommended on all counts! Thank you.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Been waiting on my refund since 13th December! It’s now January 17th… they keep stalling my emails saying that they are waiting for their accounting team to confirm FOR OVER A MONTH???

Still haven’t received my parcel and…

Still haven’t received my parcel and it’s been over 3 weeks now. DPD are telling me it’s been sent back to the sender but then the sender has told me DPD has it. So where is my parcel?! Can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone so frustrated Is a understatement.

You placed the order on 21/12/2022 at 00.54 am and we have received your Email that you have by mistake given us the wrong address right after that however the warehouse has already packed your parcel on 21/12/2022 at 10.32 am and DPD has collected it that same morning.
As we receive daily around at least 80 Emails and before we have seen your email and have forwarded it to the warehouse, it has already been too late. We have emailed you back on 21/12/2022 at 16.13 hrs notifying you that when DPD contacts you with the delivery date, you can amend the address via their portal.
You emailed us again on 22/12/2022 at 16.58 asking to change the address and we replied on the same day at 17.01 that we have notified you the day before it was too late and to change the address on the portal. As per tracking, I can see that on 22/12/2022 at 17.01 there was a request to deliver the order to DPD Pickup Shop and the notification was sent.
You emailed us again on 3rd January at 11.08 that it was delivered to shop called Cookability saying it wasn’t opened for days and you were not able to collect. I emailed you back the same day at 11.21 am sending you the tracking details from DPD with the address and phone number of the shop. I can now see that in the picture I provided, it was saying that unless you collect the order by 29th December it will be sent back to us. As per tracking, I can see that DPD has collected the parcel from the shop on 3rd January of which we were not aware.
Next you emailed us on Saturday, 7th January at 18.51 saying DPD told you it was sent back to us however as per tracking today on Monday, 9th January, it is only now showing that the order will arrive back at our warehouse by midday, so we were not aware of this before DPD has sent us this notification to our portal this morning saying it is out for delivery.
I can understand how frustrating this must be but it is not our fault as we have tried helping you at all stages and you have unfortunately failed to collect the parcel from the shop where you have requested that DPD should deliver it.
I already notified the warehouse that this order is coming back to us today and to relabel the order with the correct address you provided us with and it will be resent by tomorrow. Once resent, I will email you with the new tracking details.
Even though this is not on us, we will be carrying the double shipping cost. We will not ask you to reimburse us for the cost.
I would appreciate, if this feedback can be amended accordingly as I feel it is not justified and I cannot fix something over the weekend when DPD is closed, and the Emails can only be sent to them daily from Monday to Friday during opening hours and we need everything to be in written so we can keep track as we cannot record the conversations.
I hope this explanation is clear enough and I will be emailing you shortly as well with all the pictures of the tracking updates.

The items for sale are original- and…

The items for sale are original- and always very competitively priced. On this occasion, I was looking for a very specific set of serax mugs for an xmas present. These were out of stock in highstreet shop I'd originally seen them in when I came to purchase them. There were very few retailers (in uk) with any stock at all, then I saw them in latzio - and on sale! Perfect. There was an initial glitch with my order - I'd bought several items and some were missing from parcel. I emailed customer services (on a weekend) as soon as I noticed- I got a reply that same day and a promise they would be shipped out on that Monday (before xmas). They were and arrived in time for Xmas- all happy all round! Even recieved an email after asking if all had arrived in time and was well too. Brilliant shop, prices and customer service!
