Awful company.. Got the garments back way past the return date. My garment were ruined, whites were ruined as well as cardigans. Definitely not dry cleaned.

I would start by saying this was my worst experience with any service provider till date!

I placed a service request for my Carpet cleaning on 5th of Dec and the date selected for delivery was 9th Dec...
It is 13th Dec today and I still don't have my Carpet back. They have absolutely no regards for customer service as there has been no update whatsoever on the delay that is caused from their end.

There is no number you can call up to and no chat option as well. There is a useless email id provider and they respond with the same lame response , apologising for the delay and that they will do their best from their end.

The only person you can contact is the person who picked up the product for cleaning and even he gives a new date and time, every time I called. They should seriously think about closing down their services as they clearly aren't capable!!!

I wish I could rate them in negative!!!

They spoiled my shoes. Pathetic service and unprofessional attitude. Please dont give them expensive shoes and clothes.

I had been a long time customer of WhiteCollar Laundry Service. But this year, when they got acquired by Laundrokart, the service took a nosedive, and its pathetic now.

They lost my Puma track pant, and when I reached out to them they mentioned that I had notified them after 3 days. Hence, they could not help me find the pant.

I have given 2 sets of dress to dry clean and it was promised by the customer service to be delivered today. I called the Kasavanahalli sores and requested them to update as I have an event tomorrow and have to wear the dress. The lady who was on the call was rude and bluntly refused to attend the call and switched off the phone. I am not sure whether she is the owner or staff. Such a ruthless service

i gave my one of the most expensive blazer to dryclean in the 5 star service of laundrokart and specifically spoke to the manager (sanju) about the blazer and to carefully clean the blazer but they completely destroyed my blazer and used chemical and rubbed the area and damaged the fabric . and after that they have the decency to ask money for th dry clean . i would not recommed there service for any good clothes and their 5 star dry clean servcie is just fake .

They washed all my chiffon clothes in plain water!!! All my clothes are ruined. Worst dry cleaning ever.

It fraud company. I gave my coat for drycleaning. They totally spoiled it and returned me shrunk piece. When I try to complain to customer care, they were all along uncooperative and didn't provide any care and blamed me itself. Never use this service.

I gave my laundry to Laundrokart. When I received my laundry and check next day, I found expensive 2 T-shirt were missing. I believed I am able to get my missing items from Laundrokart but I was wrong.
I suggest if you are going your laundry to LK Please don't gave expensive or your fav one. There is no guarantee you will find back.

There is no one to contact , no trace of where my clothes are .....deljvery time crossed more than 2 days ..... extremely bad i will never use or recommend .

While garments given for cleaning the data was wrongly updated in system by the service provider and garments were missing when delivered also no proper customer service available .

One of the worst dry cleaners. Beware , clothes just get misplaced and when asked about it, they reply they will give a coupon for 6 months. Who will keep giving clothes. Our clothes are worth 12k.

Hi every one be alert with d service of kanakpura laundrokart . He is charging normal kg wash clothes heavyily to dryclean charges .

They took my curtains with 60k and never gave back. Its a big fraud

Extremely unprofessional. They have a scheduling assistant but neither is the pickup done on time nor is the delivery. They don't have any customer support either. Never again am i using this pathetic app.
They have absolutely no contact point.
Their email services are equally pathetic.
You only get an acknowledgement none from the support team calls ever and there is no way you can call them either.

PATHETIC!
Just pathetic is the word. First of all the App takes hours to load. Click on one option and keep waiting for this annoying app to load.

Second the service is extremely miserable. This is the third time I have used their service and it's absolutely my mistake to give them another 2 chances after my first experience. The first service they destroyed my 14k carpet. Although they took it back to reclean once I raised a complaint however it still has drycleaning machine marks all over it.

For the recent order ,this time have destroyed a tshirt. It was a brand new tshirt and they have put iron on the print which has burnt the print.

On top of that for this miserable service and destroying of clothes they charge extra 50 rs for delivery and packing charges as well. How extremely shameless of them for ruining the clothes and charging exorbitant pricing of this pathetic service of theirs.

Very bad experience. No one bothers to contact after misplacing clothes. Its been more than a month. Please avoid this b grade start up.
