Awful company.. Got the garments back way past the return date. My garment were ruined, whites were ruined as well as cardigans. Definitely not dry cleaned.

Lost 1 Silk Saree Blouse
Lost 1 Silk Saree Blouse. Did not bother to inform me. After 2-3 visits to the store finally accepted that they lost the Blouse. No refund even after multiple calls to their call center. Every time they kept telling we will try and find it out and call you back. Never got a call back from them. Finally, had to give up after following up for more than 3 months.
