LaundroKart unresponsive, no track of my order

Pathetic experience from LaundroKart. I have been experiencing delays in receiving the order. Initially the customer care atleast received my call to give an update. Now they have blocked my number and I am not able to reach them . I don’t know where my order is and now I am scared that LaundroKart will spoil my product and I may have to pay them the entire amount despite poor service as well . Absolutely no faith left.

The laundry was delivered late. It took 10 days to deliver. I had to call them again and again and after that my number was blocked by customer care. As I was not able to get through. Most terrible services not recommended

The Laundrokart laundry company damaged our WEDDING SAREE permanently, after they took for dry-cleaning.

With lots of depression and angriness we requested for compensation then they straightway put back the fault on our head, they said that the saree was damaged before we gave to them for dry-cleaning

I had provided my shoes for dry cleaning. But LaundroKart put my expensive shoes in washing machine and used harsh detergent because of which, my shoes is completely damaged now. In the service slip it's clearly mentioned that the shoes need DRY CLEANING ONLY. And now they are harassing me by saying that they'll just make minor fixes and give it to me. I need my shoes with its previous glory without "fixations". They lied and put them in washing machine when it had to be dry cleaned and tore it badly.

When I raised a complaint with the Consumer forum, these people are smartly putting all the blame on me saying that the shoe was already damaged. If so, then why didn't they write the details in their receipt while receiving the item? And if at all the shoe was in such a bad condition already, why would anyone waste more money on them and give them for dry cleaning?
And now that I'm in the verge of taking legal action against them, they are offering me 1000 ruppes in their wallet so that I have to get their services again and let them spoil some more items.

I still haven't used the pair of shoes and even a blind person can smell the strong detergent smell on them. I am going to expose these frauds so that others can be saved from this ordeal.

If there is something beyond 0 rating I would like to give them. May be in negatives. But alas it isn't there. They are the most unprofessional callous irresponsible liar laundry service ever could be found. The customer care representatives Bhanumati, Bharat, Aditya are all super fake and absolute liars with utmost unprofessionalism.A group of cheaters may be a better designation! Never ever go for their service. It's a post of alert for all!

Took the shirts and trousers and then were untraceable. Finally managed to get a response and they gave the clothes without washing with two shirts missing. Till date no response from them on trying to trace those shirts.
