Attention: Scam. The products are from China and the quality is extremely bad. The company doesn't respond to feedback or return shipments.

DO NOT ORDER. Sizes incorrect and quality horrendous. Pleated garments a disgrace. Material cheap and sizes so wrong. A large would not fit a size 10 uk. And they charge for returns and claim refunds come out the workers wages. Absolutely astonishing so do not use.

Not clvery pleasant experience. I purchase and paid $18 for express delivery which says 3-5 days. I had to contact the company almost 2 weeks later because i had not received my items. I now want ro return it and they are telling me i have to pay for return. What about my $18 for express that never was express? They can rake my money just like that. The quality of the clothe is pretty cheap and the size is not what it looks on the description. The shorts are big and the blouse small. Not what i was expecting

They sent the wrong size of a cheaply made dress and would not provide a refund or cover the shipping. Many emails back and forth with their “employee” reporting their job security is in jeopardy if they cover a return. Do not buy from them

Made the mistake and didn't check the website throughoutly. Seemed legitimate enough at first. Ordered two dresses and neither looked like the pictures on the website. Ordered one dress in the colour cream and received a dress in light pink (a colour that wasn't optional on the website). Also poor quality and badly made. The second dress was highly see through and didn't match in colour either.

Lastly, I tried to ask for a refund. The person at customer service initially gave me several options, where they included return for refund but I had to pay the shipping cost, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, she started pushing the other options (which were getting only 30-40% refund but also a 30% coupon on next order etc) and stating that they couldn't afford full refunds and that a full refund could effect her job security. I won't be replying anymore.

In summery, don't buy from this company, it is lacking in several aspects!

Awful dress such poor quality fabric so thin not like pictures on website. The cut of dress completely wrong all I can say is cheap cheap cheap !!!!!

The dress I ordered did not look like the dress I received, came with no return slip.
After endless back and fourth chatGBT emails point blank refusing to give me full refund because from what I assume it puts them out of pocket and risks “linlin’s” (a robots) job security , well here I am £53 out of pocket with a horrible dress ill never wear or resell and they get to keep MY money! Save your time and money and boycott this website.

Faulty dress . Expecting me to pay to send it back £25 to China . The dress zip was broken . Suggesting I give it to a friend to wear if I don’t want it . Shocking customer service . £50 I paid 1 month ago I’m still trying to resolve it . Do not order anything

I ordered 5 items (dresses). The items were shipped in two different shipments to my same adress. Then the worst ever! Fabric material awesome, but the models a whole shit!!!!!!!!!! Totally different models from what they show on their website. SHAME ON YOU! I've lost $200- plus extra shipment costs to final destination Aruba and no mental satisfaction at all. YOU SUCK!!!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would do it. Worse quality clothes I have ever since. Looks like a joke

Return/Refund process is not clear on the website. I bought an item in the UK and they told me to send it back to China. And top of that, customers have to pay for the shipping cost.

This store is a scam. They don’t answer the email. The refund doesn’t work and the quality is very very bad.

Awful customer service, will not allow a refund to return the item, unless I pay for it to go back to China! They use Chatbot gbt (nothing wrong with that!) but they are writing about a pie instead of a dress! I don’t why I was so silly and purchased the dress in the first place! Took ages to arrive and doesn’t fit, now I’m left with a dress I can’t return.

Do not order from them. They had an Instagram post with pink linen pants with the matching linen top. It is polyester and spandex. They don’t no. even match. It is horrible. You can’t return it because if you do, it will cost you over $90 to return back to China . I paid $69 for the outfit . I had to call my bank to get refunded and to dispute it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Paid £46 for what l can only describe as a rag, nothing like what l ordered! Spent £23 to send back to CHINA as instructed and they just returned it back to me!! Will not give you your money back no matter what you do! TOTAL SCAM!!!

horrible customer service - out of China - horrible refund policy - expect to pay shipping which can run $200 or more - products are nothing like the pictures. Refund is minimal and I am forced to keep this junk - the resale place doesn't even want it.
Don't buy from them

I strongly advise against buying from this company. The item I received was nothing like the product advertised on their website and social media – completely different design, very poor quality, and clearly mis-sold.

When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a partial refund (40%) and a coupon, insisting I keep the defective item. They refused to issue a full refund, despite this being a clear case of false advertising and misrepresentation.

I have since raised a dispute claim with American Express and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and the relevant Chinese authorities for investigation.

Their practices are unethical, misleading, and potentially fraudulent. Be warned – if you have an issue, you are unlikely to get proper customer service or your money back.

DO NOT BUY! All fake good reviews! They actually used my full name to create a 5 star positive review. My order arrived 5 weeks late and they don’t do return as they are based in China. The customer service named Linlin (fake name) uses chat GBT to communicate in English, as a result the conversation makes no sense and goes around in endless circles. After 3 months they are now ignoring my emails and will not give me a refund (£300) for their poor quality products. Save yourself the headaches and shop at your local high street shop at least you know what you are getting.

I purchased 3 dresses from them. It takes a while to receive the orders. Clothes seem to be sized appropriately. However the photos on the website are misleading. First of all, the fabrics seems rich, thick, and expensive but when you receive the clothes the fabrics are cheap and flimsy. The descriptions of the dresses and fabrics are not indicative of the actual fabrics they are made from nor do they simulate them well.
The worst part is that I received a dress that was not at all the dress in the photo. The dress description said it was “layered, tulle, and had a gradient” None of these things were true at all of the awkward garment I received.
Of course their return policy is terrible because you are dealing with China. I knew that part going in because of other reviews.
The other two dresses I purchased were at least the same shape and color I ordered but the fabrics are cheap. I might wear them but I will worry about the seams tearing because the polyester is so thin. It would be nice if they just charged a bit more and used nicer fabrics or at least the fabrics they claim to use in the descriptions.
