AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered 2 jumpers. One arrived perfect the other arrive with a hole and a black mark on it. I contacted her the following day after receiving it with photos. She confirmed to return the item and provide proof of postage and she would send another straight out.
Proof of postage was sent which I was credited for but then did not hear anything for nearly 3 weeks until the old jumper had been returned back to me. I emailed to question this as I had no correspondence from her to be told it had been “worn” and there was make up on it. My mum tried it on once then noticed the hole. She also doesn’t wear make up and there was none on the jumper like the email stated. Never experienced a company go back on their word once they have confirmed they would send a replacement.
Diabolical customer service and clearly doesn’t know how to run a business.
Trading standards have been contacted as the product which I ordered hasn’t been supplied. Another TikTok clown thinking they’re a “successful business owner”

Please kindly note our team member that runs out social media account is not the same team member that deals with our email queries, and therefore there is no reason to blame her or call her a 'clown'
Your item was worn and used, including pet hairs, dirt across the item and make up stains all throughout the collar and hood. We do also have images of this for reference.
We are deeply sorry you are not happy with the outcome of your query and appreciate it can be frustrating that you feel what was advised, was not followed through. However our team were advised that the item had arrived with a hole, of which our team advised we would replace this and to return this to us, including us covering the return cost, however once returned, we can see the item was used and therefore not in a returnable condition.
Please remember to be kind, there is no need to call any of our team members clowns.

Great quality and designs!
I’m quite a regular customer and never really had an issue. Customer service is great the one time I had needed them recently, emails are replied to usually next working day. Great quality products, quick turn around time, the designs are beautiful as well!

After looking at the corrosepence with the team over email, we cannot see the team blaming you for any fault on the website lovely. You ordered one of our jumpers that include three lines of text, of which you can choose a colour for each line of writing, you requested the same colour for two lines of the writing and are not happy that this was completed as ordered. We do always recommend double checking all personalisation details on an order, before proceeding to checkout, to avoid disappointment. If after an order is placed, we are more than happy to make changes, as long as the items have not already been completed lovely.

We must admit, we pack all orders under CCTV and cannot locate any stains on the free pair of socks, prior to dispatch, so we are deeply sorry to hear these have arrived with a stain. As these were free, you are more than welcome to return these to us, as we donate all unwanted items to a baby bank and we're sure they would be extremely grateful for these.
