Not received items/email updates

Unfortunately, I have not received the products I ordered online on 15 Oct 2025. The standard time frame stated on the website suggests up to 10 working days and up to 14 working days during busy periods.

Expected delivery stated in the initial email was 3-5 Nov. So I emailed on 4 Nov as I had not received a dispatch email. 48hrs is the response time but still no email communication from them to state progress. It's been more than 14 working days. The lead times stated online should be more realistic so that I as a customer can make an informed decision to place an order or not.

While on social media, the products look nice, if it takes too long to receive with no email updates (but plenty of marketing emails), then it is a disappointing experience. If this continues and the order remains unfulfilled then soon it will be hectic with the Christmas period.

Do not order online, from our experience

We ordered a personalised blanket and a teddy bear over a month ago.
We were told there was a problem with their supply of blankets. We accepted this as there was still time before the babies birth.
The baby was born a week ago and we have still not received the items. We received an email stating the items had been shipped a week ago, but we still have not received anything and are awaiting a response from the company as to the tracking of the parcel.
We have a new baby, and No Present.

we replied to your email today, 14th at 2:19pm after you sent yours on Friday afternoon - our emails are not monitored over weekends as advised by our auto mated reply and a reply can take upto 24 hours.

as you stated in your review above the items have been sent and are, at the time of writing this, showing as in transit - my email back to you did include all of the tracking information for you as did our previous automated emails with the tracking reference

again my apologies this is not with you yet but i can assure you it is sent from ourselves and we will do all we can to support with the courier delivering this to yourself - all of which is noted in my email i had sent across today to you

Poor customer service.

Called into the shop at Trentham Gardens on the 27th March and ordered a Lion soft toy to be embroidered for our friend’s new baby. We were told it would take a week and would be ready on the 3rd or the 4th of April and that we would be called. Having had no call and there being no phone number, we visited the shop on the 7th and were told that it would be in the following day and ready for collection.
It is now the 11th, there has been no phone call and we still don’t have it. No reply to our email. We can’t use the chat facility as we weren’t given an order number and this is now becoming embarrassing as we are waiting to give this to our friend.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend this store.

Memory box blue by little Dutch - not as pictured but good quality

Ordered the Memorybox Blue by Little Dutch, arrived in time frame provided, good quality and lovely gift for my sister’s baby! Only marked down star as picture on website shows it as having a simple gold whale on and looks very classy, but box that turned up has a big seagull on the front and pattern inside appears to be more nautical themed (not as well suited to my sister’s taste) Will still do the job but not as nice as what I thought I was ordering. Not sent back and reordered in case it happens again and haven’t found anything better so far but might be worth putting a picture up on your website that shows EXACTLY what will be sent out or making it clearer that the design may vary. Thanks

No refund as cancelled on my PayPal account by company

Contacted by PayPal to say my part refund was cancelled on my PayPal account by this company. Company not able to provide items I had ordered online.
I have contacted them but no response to my email.
Goods that I have paid for online, that were available, still haven’t arrived after a few weeks.
Awful service - I do not recommend buying from them online

The yodel tracking you have for the remaining part of your order shows they have it and it’s moving through their system and will be with you soon - this would have been emailed and text to you as it’s an automated system provided by Yodel.

Beautiful personalised toy, fantastic experience from beginning to end of the process.

Would highly recommend if you are looking for a little something different as a keepsake for your wee one.

I didn’t know about this shop before…

I didn’t know about this shop before but was looking for something special for a friend. I certainly was not disappointed. Lovely little toys, blankets, sleep suits, bags etc can all be personalised for no extra charge and I had 3 personalised items all done within an hour. Service was excellent- they went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this shop

A shop defiantly worth visiting

Well where do i start? The clothing & gift range is amazing it truly a shop worth visiting. They offer a free personalisation service on the items they sell which is done onsite which is perfect.
Staff always helpful!
If you are ever at Trentham Gardens/Village be sure to stop off and pay a visit.

Personalised Cuddly Tiger

Recently found this lovely shop while visiting Trentham Gardens. We had been searching for a cuddly tiger for ages online and in every baby shop we saw, but could not find what we wanted. We were thrilled to find this lovely shop and see that they sold just what we wanted. It was easy to order online, very reasonable price and it was delivered on time. The tiger is excellent quality and the personalisation perfect. The stuffing can be removed so it is easy to wash. Would definitely recommend this shop as a first port of call if you are looking for a present for a baby/child.

Steph and Andy the owners are friendly and very helpful.
I've brought items off From The Stork Bespoke Baby in store and on there Facebook Lives!
I've ordered multiple personalised items and they are done so quick and are beautiful!
Definitely one of my go to baby shops now.
