We are so disappointed that you have left us a one star review, and we can only guess that unfortunately our turn around and the postage option you choose was not taken into consideration when placing your order.
Your order containing a personalised item was placed on Thursday 24th March (Mother’s day was Sunday 27th) therefore only 1 working day away.
The postage option chosen was our 48 hour (working day) postage and therefore even if this item was not personalised, this would not have arrived until Monday 28th March (after Mother’s Day)
Please also kindly note our personalisation turn around, which is advised on the item itself, your order confirmation email and many other places across our website. This states to allow upto 5 working days for all items to be completed, as these do take time in order to be completed to the highest quality.
As this was a personalised item this was not due to be dispatched for 5 working days, which would be today (Thursday 31st March) of which after dispatch, your 48 hour (working day) postage option begins, which would take you to next Monday, 4th April, so we can see your order arrived earlier than expected which is amazing service.
That being said we can see our team actually dispatched your order ahead of this turn around, in only 3 working days, which is amazing!
Once again we as a small business are so disappointed with this review, as it is not a true representation of our brand or service, but we hope our pointers clear up any confusion that may have arose from your postage options & item chosen. However we appreciate your opinion and would always recommend checking a companies turn around time, prior to purchasing, to avoid disappointment in feeling your order arrived late, when it arrived early.

Sizing not practical
This is my third hat ordered, other two I absolutely loved! But they recently changed the sizing from newborn-3months to 2-18month and they are not suitable for kids of 3 month etc. Beautiful hat arrived but so big it could not fit without folding right up therefore looking a bit silly on a little head with the name being so high. Really disappointed as I loved ordering from here.
Pleased to see my review was responded to which does fill me with a bit of confidence and have since emailed with a question. Apologies as should have done this first but pleased to see the business seem to respond quick to reviews

We are so disappointed to see you have left us a 2 star review Rachel when we have had no contact prior regarding this query, of which we would have been more than happy to assist with.
We are slightly confused by your statement as our Newborn hat sizing has not changed to 2-18 months. Our personalised hats all include various size options, the smallest being 'Newborn' and the next up going to '2-18 months'
Our newborn size used to be 'Newborn-3 Months' and has since changed to 'Newborn' due to feedback that these where too small to last up to 3 months. We feel from this statement that you may have purchased the 2-18 months size, instead of our Newborn size available, which would explain why it is much larger.
Once again we are so disappointed that a confusion with sizings has caused a 2 star review for our small business, but we are super glad you where more than happy with your previous orders.

Beautiful blanket
I ordered a personalised blanket which I had wanted for a while for my newborn daughter but was reluctant due to cost but I’m so glad that I did because the blanket is amazing quality and is super soft. The detailing of the rabbit and the name is amazing. I absolutely love this and I know my daughter will cherish this for years to come. Thank you so much.
