For over a few month I am in contact with the support for my refund and I always get the same Mail.
Something like „It can take a month for you’re refund to get to your account“ NOTHING came. I informed them and they ignored me.

I got scammed!!!! I got the fakest jewelry and not even close to what i wanted!!
I also was very suspicious and even closed and changed card numbers. HOWEVER, jewelry arrived via USPS from US address in lovely packaging, and APPEARING as authentic.
Several reviews on vendors site allude to tarnishing. Jewelry comes with cleaning cloth for Sterling Silver although marketed and sold as "18k".
I was pleasantly surprised to receive my authentic Tiffany Jewelry..I was suspicious I was scammed by that was not the case..will be cautious in the future though
This site was disguised as Kay Jewelers site on my Google page. I ordered without looking deeper into the site. There is no way to cancel the order once it's made. I contacted my bank to stop payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
This website appeared in YouTube selling the exact design as Tiffany but 90% discounts. The website looks exactly as a Tiffany’s website. I’m suspicious that is a scam to take your credit card information. Beware!!!!!
