There is no information on this site about what each different subscription offers. There needs to be a way to compare the different options so that the differences are clearly stated.

Double-charged for a "first document"
The notary was fine but double-charged me for a "first document" after she hung up and I was reconnected to her. I reported it to LawDepot, who didn't give me a complete refund for their error.

They charged me after I cancelled during the trial period. I cancelled the same day I signed up because they didn't have the paperwork I needed. they proceeded to charge for 4 months, total of $200. They are scammers

Beware: the “Free Trial” can become an expensive monthly subscription
I signed up for what I believed was a free trial to create a single document. During the signup process, the monthly price was never indicated while creating the account or entering my credit card information.
I used the service once and had no intention of subscribing to a monthly plan.
Months later, while reviewing my credit card statements, I discovered I had been charged $56.70 CAD every month from July 2025 to January 2026 (total $453.60).
I contacted support and even offered to pay one month for the service I used, but my refund request was refused. Be careful with the free trial and check your statements closely.
