Very happy with the excellent Service we have received from Steve Monks and ALL the staff at Lawsons, Bedford. It is nice to see a Builders Merchant go above and beyond to help customers when they can, especially in these times of staffing challenges! I also like the way they have maintained the very tidy yard from when it was previously Crowthorne's! Keen to get prices as competitive as possible too!

Been to Lawsons 4 or 5 times now for various projects, having refurbished the house, upgraded the garden, this time it was bespoke gates, same service, great service even though not off the shelf, sales team have knowledge & a can do attitude.

I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff in the yard who helped me find what I was looking for and even took the time to recommend something more suitable for the job as I’m a total novice.
Quick and efficient service at the till and delivery of goods arrived on time. Couldn’t ask for more!

Having been in the building industry for 20 years, I now only use lawsons (bedford) to purchase my materials.
Whether it's the yardmen, delivery drivers or the sales team, I have always found the staff to be helpful and engaging. I often deal directly with branch manager Arnie or Terry. Their product knowledge and customer service is second to none.
The large selection of materials ensures that I can get everything I need for both my building and landscaping projects.

Excellent service from Lawsons on recent garage conversion. All materials were in stock and delivered bang on time. Would definitely recommend using them for any home or garden improvements.

Exceptional service and variety of products all laid out to be easily accessible. Although i’m not trade I still felt welcome and the product knowledge of the team made sure I left with all the right materials. Which I am pretty sure were higher quality and lower price than Wickes or B&Q.

As well as having a great range of composite decking the sales team went over and above to explain the options and the approach to installation.

Great help, they had everything we required and the Customer Services from Arnie was exceptional.
Will definitely return for all goods !
