Happy builder
Having been in the building industry for 20 years, I now only use lawsons (bedford) to purchase my materials.
Whether it's the yardmen, delivery drivers or the sales team, I have always found the staff to be helpful and engaging. I often deal directly with branch manager Arnie or Terry. Their product knowledge and customer service is second to none.
The large selection of materials ensures that I can get everything I need for both my building and landscaping projects.
Great customer service, deliveries on time, Happy builder!

Exceptional service and variety of products all laid out to be easily accessible. Although i’m not trade I still felt welcome and the product knowledge of the team made sure I left with all the right materials. Which I am pretty sure were higher quality and lower price than Wickes or B&Q.

Lawsons changed all the faulty panels. Thank you
I bought 10 close board 5ftx6ft fence panels gravel boards and posts through a local builder who purchase from Lawsons the panels were installed on 23/24 March. The panels have buckled where you can see through to next doors garden these were sold as premium quality.

Reply from Lawsons (Whetstone) Ltd - Bedford
We are very sorry to hear about your panels. It should be noted that as a natural product, wooden panels will react to weather conditions, but perhaps not to the extent you describe. Please could you take some photos of the panels and email them to online@lawsons.co.uk. If we have supplied defective panels we will of course remedy the situation. Could you also let me have the name of your builder so that I can track the original sale. Many thanks.
