LAX just left me stranded at Grand Rapids Airport. They don’t respond to text messages or phone calls. They stole $73 from me.

Confirmed my reservation before leaving for my flight. When I arrived at my destination and followed the text procedures and after waiting for my driver, was informed they would not be honoring my reservation. I was left stranded at the airport , alone, 1.5 hours away from my destination with no way to get home.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited almost 40 minutes for them to cancel on me last minute with no warning, explanation, and a half asses apology. Attempted to reach out for assistance but the customer service seemed to not care at all. This is by far the worst use of my money and if you can avoid using this company good. Stick with Lyft or Uber. I’m sure half of these “good reviews” left on their website and here are bots or at least paid. Screw this company.

Beware of this dirty company. Left our family waiting in the cold for an hour then informed us they have no driver for us. Customer service didn’t seem to care. Don’t let this company kill your holiday

They cancel on me last minute. They were telling me to text 30 mins before I’m ready then when I do, they respond with “ please hold for the driver information” then they cancel on me, last minute I missed my flight home for thanksgiving.I’m stuck here at the airport cause of this stupid company! I should have known and trust the reviews by other on here.

Everything about this experience was awful. Had to wake up at 5:30 in the morning to send a text to be picked up at 6:20. Driver (from Lyft) arrived at 6:40. Instead of going to Jacksonville Airport(as requested) from UF in Gainesville Florida, they dropped my daughter off at the Jacksonville Amtrack station. They said this is what was scheduled sorry. My UF Student had to Uber to the Jacksonville airport for an additional $17. She barely made it to her flight as the last one to board.
Would be ZERO stars but not an option

One hour late for a trip to the airport. The driver was great though.

LAXRIDE did a great job with very little wait time. From scheduling, to the airport, to meeting the driver in a snow storm. They did a great job coaching me through the whole process. For the first time I needed a emergency ride, LAXRIDE was tremendous help! Thank you 👍

BIG SCAMS!!!

This company is a scam! Don’t use it. They will take your money and not show up! You will end up missing your flight and putting a lot stress on yourself and family. I end up missing my flight and most importantly my family wedding due to this stupid company.

What kind of company have no phone service and no one you can talk to? That’s already a RED FLAG. They are scare to talk and they just want your money and hack into your bank. MANY peoples have file reports and cops are working to shut them down. They have a F rating on BBB website. My bank told me that the charges are from some over sea company, another red flag about this company.. SCAMS!!!

On time and friendly services. Fantastic driver.

Quite supportive management, helped me to get from San-Francisco to Davis after a long flight. Even though the first driver refused to take me, they quickly found another one. All in all, the ride was fast and comfortable; and the driver was very nice.

They picked us up at the airport as scheduled and drove us to our hotel several hours away; but for the return trip, they cancelled the ride 30 minutes AFTER we were supposed to be picked up. They refunded us, but with no ready alternate plans, we missed our flight and remain stranded very far from the airport. They offered no backup options or alternate drivers. Extremely disappointed, would NOT recommend you rely on them for your travel.

Laxride appears to have a service of vehicles for airport transportation but they actually "contract with LYFT drivers" so it's some random private person doing the transportation. They give the customer a code to be given to the LYFT driver but there is no way for the customer to verify that the LYFT driver is actually the vehicle one wants - no license plate number, etc. I communicated with Laxride via their chat service that this is unacceptable and all off a sudden we "lost connection". Do not use this service - there is something fishy about it.

Picked up early as requested and fares are very reasonable.

You promised to have someone ready for me when I arrived. It took additional communications (besides the original text message upon arrival) to get my ride which ended up on Uber.

I love this service, been using it since 2018. dispatchers team really friendly. I usually leave at night and early morning- the man help me to get in touch with my driver super quick.

My driver was great! Will take again!

Greg was great, since he is a retired police officer, I definitely felt safe!
