My advise to everyone is just call, text or email and cancel. Save yourself the headache and money. You will look dumb waiting at the airport for no one to pick you up. I waited 30 mins in the rain to find out no one was coming. This company, the owner, the worker are heartless people. They will make you suffer.

My advise is cancel as soon as you can, get your money back

Driver was great, arrived in a timely manner and drove safely.

This service is SCAM. They might take your money, cancel the service and fail to refund after cancellation. When you contact them, they just stop answering you in the middle of the chat.

I figured out that I was not alone and they had done the exact same thing on one of our relatives.

SCAM!! Please beware if you are requesting a LAXRide and JAYRIDE in California both north and south, east and west, no matter what sides. Their website and services layouts seems to perform 100% legit. My experience with them was awful with nobody to call to for their own services. I have waited and waited and waited and waited after few txt and more txt after that they don't except phone calls, but they only response to your txt(who does that? - Yeap! something fishy here! )... two hour past and I still waited and more txt and waited and $T!LL NO FRI(K£N RIDE! Now I got stuck at home late for my flight and thinking of how can I get my $82.00 that paid in advance through both SCAM Artists back. Beware people and read all the comments before me! Make your own judgment

DO NOT use LAXRIDE. I waited an hour to get my driver's information and ended up being sent to Uber. Even with that, they sent Uber the wrong name and address and the driver kicked us out of his vehicle. We had to go back in line for the the second driver and he had to change the final destination on his app.
It was NOT a private car service. When I tried calling, I got a text saying that they don't take calls. This is a scam to me.

Do NOT use LAXride. They left my son stranded at Denver Airport. They did not respond to texts when he landed. I am seeking reimbursement and disputing the charge.

I booked a a ride for my daughter through Jayride. She was to be picked up at Denver Airport. I book almost 2 months in advance. On day of pickup, after she waited almost 2 hours in cold, they cancelled the booking. They are very difficult to communicate with only text messaging. They were not very responsive & after stating “driver on the way”, within 5 minutes, they texted they had cancelled. My daughter had to get the Airport Shuttle from Denver to Co Springs. That was a 3 hour ride with numerous stops which is what we wanted to avoid. Horrible start to her trip.
Jayride did refund me but I had to send all the text messages to prove what happened. I will never use this service again.

Texted them 30 minutes ahead of reserved arrival time, like they asked. No driver info was provided, as was promised. Texted and chatted and was told to "hold for driver info."

No phone number to call. I called the number for texts and automated response was "text us."

20 minutes after promised time they send an email suddenly canceling due to "operational difficulties."

I had to rush and find a taxi that could come immediately.

It is ok to be late, traffic happens. Just be transparent. But this treatment is unacceptable and I will never use them again. If they couldn't take the booking, they should have refused at time of booking, or at least when I contacted them 30 minutes before departure.

My driver was nice but 35 minutes late to pick me up. I have used other private pick ups before during crowded holidays season and have never had to wait more than five minutes at the latest. The pick up area was not organized, there were several near accidents, and a trunk open as a driver left. I will not use this private pick up again.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER... TOTAL SCAM. Late on pick up and barely made it to LAX on time to catch my plane. Driver was from Lyft and did a great job of getting me there, but was notified an hour late to pick me up. Everything is promises and great on paper, but you will regret using this service, they should be closed up.

I am a collage student and I booked a ride after my thanksgiving break back to my university from LAX which is an hour and a half away. They told me they were figuring out my driver details and texted me a few very vague messages and let me wait for half and hour before telling me they “couldn’t service this booking”. I was left stranded in LA and had a spend $100 on an Uber ride back to campus.

Excellent ride and driver, totally recommend! It took 45 minutes from when I first texted for pickup till the ride arrived. This was in the wee hours of the Sunday after Thanksgiving.

My name is David and I drive for lyft. I drove one of their passenger and was never paid for. She told me she book on laxride website and paid 90$ for the trip while in my car. She said they send her a link to tip me and if it is okay. I had no clue nor did I get any tips or paid for the ride provided. When I called lyft they said this is a scam I will not get paid for my ride. I’m still fighting it with lyft. Good thing I still have the passenger phone number and name she gave me. She’s helping me to do a police report to provide to lyft. Please talk to your driver and make sure the driver get paid. WE the driver work hard for every hard earn dollar. If you book with this company please make sure talk to your driver. Stop this company from scamming us driver ! We drive for lyft and not for any company

Good, immediate service thru text. Driver there when company said he would be. I appreciated receiving the name of the driver and the license plate. Carl is a safe, courteous, and personable driver.

SCAM. Big scam. NEVER USE THIS RIDE SERVICE. They take your money and leave you out to dry. All good reviews must be paid reviewed. The company takes your money and just cuts off all ties with you

Driver was on time and dropped my daughter at the correct terminal and was safe.

Took my money 4 days before my trip, provided them contact information, told me to contact them once I reached Denver, said that I should provide my location, told to stand by and wait for driver information, and after a 30 minute wait they told me that they could not honor my already booked reservation. Happy Thanksgiving! I should have just called Uber! I better get my payment refunded! You suck! Should be no stars.

What a great service and my driver was awesome.

I missed my flight home for thanksgiving and no other flights out so now I’m stuck here at the airport after booking my own taxi to the airport.

If you’re reading this just cancel and get a taxi. This company should paid for what they did to me and these customers here. Unbelievable. I hope the owner of this stupid company sleep well knowing he or she is messing with people life. Hope one day their kids and wife have to deal with this so they would know the feeling. Can’t keep on taking people money. Karma will hit you. Just wait. I’m praying that it does

Never trust this car service. They left us without a ride and we missed our flight. We tried to text and call but they did not respond. We are fighting to get a refund...What a mess!
