My driver arrived promptly, was helpful with the luggage and provided a pleasant journey.

Arrived promptly for pick up to airport. Stayed in contact prior to pick up. Driver was kind and curtious. Price was far below other services especially since we are on a rural area.

Our driver did a great job! She arrived to our house and dropped us off at the airport both at the exact right time.

Car was clean and comfortable. Ali picked me up quickly and drove me to my destination safe and on time

On 11/28/2019, ordered a Ride from LAXRIDE from the airport. An hour after, we were told that due to "Operational difficulties, they were not able to service this booking" " You will be refunded". We Deeply apologize" I responded back " Can you please advise when we should expect the refund", never heard back.

Gave it some time,,,, a month to be exact I reached out again and ends up being the account was never canceled and to wait 3-5 days to get the refund.

Pretty sketchy company and wouldn't recommend to rely on it. Still not sure why the funds were taken out of my account before the ride was confirmed and why was my account not canceled the moment that we were told it was? Seems like they take advantage of people that forget to follow up and they just keep the money without providing any service.

LAX Shuttle was super easy to book, had very competitive pricing, and gave clear instructions on how to get to our ride. Couldn’t ask for a smoother experience. Highly recommend!

Except for me using the return home confirmation number when we were leaving home it was smooth, efficient, friendly, clean and comfortable.
Luckily the manager did some research and figured out that I used the wrong code and was able to straighten it out and get our ride to us in time.

I think that LAXRide needs more experienced people for Northern California. It took longer than it should have for them to find a driver for my trip from Sacramento to Oakland Airport; and on my return home from Oakland Airport, it seemed to be a long time before they found a driver to take me to Sacramento. All the time I was waiting in Oakland Airport on a cold cement bench, I watched at least a dozen other rides come for the people who flew in to see the last Raiders Game. My driver who finally came also drove for the other two companies AND he drove a hybrid - which ran out of "steam" a mile from my home. He chose to walk 1-1/2 miles to an expensive gas station leaving me in the locked car. I called my husband to come get me and I jimmied my suitcase out of the trunk through the back seat lay-down slot - leaving a note and relocking the car as I left. He could have bought gas on the way along the highway almost anywhere. Really bad judgment on his part. I left him a tip (with a note) anyway, because it had been a pleasant and easy ride home.

All good! After reading reviews, I got a little worried but everything was just fine with this service.

Waited an hour and they just ditch me! They stop responding after 20 mins. Big scam! No refunds issue. Have to call my bank to fight the charges. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

They have no phone number, no business address, what kinda business is this? Some oversea scam they’re running
