Contracted LAXride through shuttle fare for a ride from Tampa Airport on 2/12 and was horrified by the private transportation that was assigned to us. They assigned a LYFT driver who was waiting in the airport waiting area. The vehicle was in disrepair and a definite safety concern, it was also absolutely filthy!! A pair of pliers was used to turn the vehicle on and off at the steering column! We had to stop for gas on the way. This is not a private transportation service as advertised. When I sent an email to shuttlefare they forwarded my email to LAXride to respond to my initial complaint/email and LAXride NEVER responded. Be careful, it was not what was advertised. We will never use this company again for fear of safety of the vehicles.

Actually just paid THEM to call LYFT. Rip Off! Don’t think they called LYFT till after we collected our luggage and we waited 45 minutes for the driver. Felt bad for the driver, who barely spoke English. Don’t think he realized we lived 90 minutes from the airport. DO NOT USE THEM!

LAXRIDE arranges rides with Lyft. Should have just booked with Lyft directly. It was a good ride, though. Awesome driver. For LYFT

I was worried after reading several negative reviews but have to say that LAXride did exactly what they said they would do. My two daughters flew into Spokane and the the flight was delayed by 90 minutes. The driver arrived a few minutes after they reached out and drove them safely back to Pullman. They said he was friendly and professional. We will for sure use them again.

The call centre did not know about my addresss for pick up in Davis. I had to tell 3 times my address and hotel. There was probably not a driver present because he was 15 minutes too late. The centre mentioned the ride would take 1 hour. It took 1,5 hour although it was not busy.

The ride from Davis to San Francisco is not favourite by your drivers. They do not earn much for it. Therefore be honest and do not offer this drive from Davis to SFO as one of your possibilities

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
They failed to pick me up and did not respond to text or phone calls. I was eventually contacted 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled pick-up time to tell me they could not provide the service. I had contacted an UBER by that point to get to my flight.
The company then disputed whether to provide me a refund for the service I never received.
THE WORST!!!!

I booked a private car pick up from LAX airport as we arriving late on a flight from Hawaii 12 midnight . The email receipt said the driver will Pick from arrivals and text on landing
Text on landing says to catch a green LAX it bus which had to line up and then line up and get a lyft car . What a SCAM !!

Everything was very easy and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout the whole time. Highly recommended :)

What a great service driver had waited for my daughter arrival at the airport even when it was an hour and a half delay
