Highly recommended

I needed a ride from the airport to my home and was hesitant because of the Covid-19.
Driver was there to pick me up within 10 minutes and was wearing a mask, also had the windows down a little bit so that there was air circulation.
Overall, it was a good experience.

FRAUD

FRAUD! Warming regarding your address and banking information.

Laxride have been fraudulently contacting the drivers using my name and they can’t change the destination and forcing drivers to change it. They send me 3 drivers and all of them are Uber drivers. They have been pulling money out of my account forcing me to change my bank! Big mess!

Big fraud!! These drivers are just Uber drivers.

Don’t waste your time and money.

Driver was nice but company send a…

Driver was nice but company send a Volkswagen Tiguan for 4 adults 4 pieces of luggage and 4 carry on’s. Didn’t think we were gonna fit everything. Squeezed in holding some of our luggage. Contacted company and their response was “then you should have ordered 2 cars!” Well then maybe u shouldn’t give the option of 4 people with luggage. No compensation. Nothing. Just “do you need another vehicle?” It’s 530am and we have a flight to catch....no time for that. Think before booking

This was ridiculous. Stay away from this company

This was ridiculous. I was in tears not knowing how I was going to get home. I waited 1 hour just for them to send me a lyft driver. The driver had no clue what was going on. Doesn’t even know who jayride or laxride is.

I was in tear. I hope no one have to feel this. It was late, I’m standing at the airport alone. They wouldn’t even respond to the texts. Worst feeling ever. Didn’t even Apologize or anything! Worst customers ever.

STAY AWAY!

Definitely not what was advertised

Definitely not what was advertised. They advertised as a private transport company. They are not. The drivers are Lyft and Uber drivers. They refused to send me my drivers information and text me to stand in the Lyft line and give the next driver in line a code. The driver himself was professional, friendly and courteous. The day I was to fly out, I text messaged the night before, to make sure my ride was still lined up, they replied message 20-30 minutes before I was ready to be picked up, which I did. The driver was 45 minutes late! Lax-ride messaged me 3 different times of pickup, 3 different driver descriptions. At least I got that this time. All they did was apologize!
