Salah arrived on time and communicated effectively through text. He was courteous and asked about temperature comfort. He helped with all bags. We arrived home safely.

Once I learned of the LAX curbside pick up option, and added that to my reservation, I had a terrific experience; very pleasant and experienced drive and high quality vehicle.

My driver Pablo was great. But I worried if I’d have a driver. I waited 20 mins for someone to arrive. No one to meet me. I asked where I should wait for the car... The folks at the airport never heard of your company. When I called (then messaged), the person with your company thought I was at Cutter Airport. I think you guys are the only game in town until Sandia Shuttle starts again. So please step up a bit more. Thank You.

Our driver was on time and very pleasant....and patient b/c we were running 10 minutes late. The Toyota Corolla was clean and no odors. The driver had a Covid mask on...as did we. I would definitely use LAX (Jayride) booking again!

This is a fraud. Do not use this. I Repeat this is a fraud website. They just take money and send uber drivers who have no knowledge where they are going. You will never hear from them after driver asks you about the destination.
I paid 85$ and Had to pay again to the uber driver as he was unwilling to drop to SFO Airport and told he just got a call to drop at a local destination.

Laprell was a great driver! Made my commute to the Denver Airport super entertaining. Would recommend to anyone in the Colorado Springs area. Thank you!!

Our first ride to the airport with Luis was awesome. The ride back from the airport not so much. The driver did not help with the bags, the car was to small for all 4 of us plus our bags, the driver's car smelt like smoke, and he had the driver window down the whole time on the freeway, I had to ask him to roll the second, passenger window down so it wouldn't make that annoying wind noise which hurt my ears. The driver was not friendly and seemed annoyed.

Was fine fairly prompt even arranged to return keys I left in car

We had a little trouble connecting since we were waiting on the wrong side but once Eduardo learned where we were, he came right away. Great driver, knows the roads, enjoyable conversation.

Never thought a conversation between a Michigan State fan and Michigan fan would be so memorable. My driver was personable and we talked a lot about our love for basketball and Kobe. We talked so much it made the drive pass by so fast. Definitely will remember this experience!

First time using LAXRIDE. Such a great experience, so much nicer than the ride shares and super convenient. This did cost a little bit more but well worth it. I will definitely use this service again.
