Pots were not wrapped, just put in a box on top of one another. Package arrived with one missing, and another broken. They did replace the broken one after I sent photos, but wouldn't replace the missing one.

As far as quality, they are definitely more rough than the website photos show, with burrs/rough areas and imperfections.

The pots I ordered are beautiful. One was cracked and they shipped me a replacement immediately. Great service.

Shipping took much longer than most other items I order off the internet. 1 pot came bigger than the others--bigger than I needed.

wrong color.....supposed to be orange and it is cheap as they come.....horrible purchase!

As many mentioned, shipping took about 4 weeks to arrive, however; I emailed them to check on status and they were very quick to respond and informed me that black Friday had a massive amount of orders and they were working through them as fast as possible. It's likely a small 3D print shop so totally get it.

My only point of negative feedback is that the planter doesn't look nearly as cool as what is depicted on the website. They are clearly using lighting to make impactful shadow effects on the website. What I got was kind of boring and just flat white. The planter itself is cool and I like that they all come with a removable drip tray.

So overall - good customer service, slower than ideal delivery (but it's a small business so I can deal), overall wish delivered product looked more like what is shown on the website.

The timely delivery and the pot itself . Just a interesting pattern and the color is wonderful.

These pots look nothing like the pictures..they look like cheap plastic crap from a gumball machine...overpriced..not worth half of what they cost....junk..utter junk

That’s a scam, my products were never shipped

Haven't received my order. It's been 3 week. No word about it but they keep sending surveys about their non-existent product. So here is the review. Don't order from them.

The printing is not the highest quality I’ve seen. There are rough edges on pieces.

Product was outstanding, kids absolutely love it(and I’m intrigued as well). Shipping was surprisingly fast with tracking. There was a slight misunderstanding with my order, and after reaching out to the company, they responded on a weekend(unheard of). And even though it was no big issue, they made sure to go above and beyond on making it right. Cannot recommend them any more highly than I am. If you’re in the market for anything they carry, go with them. You won’t be disappointed!

Anubis 7” figure was much better than expected. Delivered on a timely basis. Would not hesitate to order from this seller in the future.

I purchased a 9” Anubis figure for my collection. I can honestly say, what I received was even better than expected and I was comparing it to other figures from other companies that are charging $125+.
