My order arrived later than promised and as they were Christmas presents I had purchased elsewhere. I emailed them for a returns label and didn’t get any response despite 3 separate emails. I then had to resolve my issue through other channels. I will NOT be buying from this company again

My Fidget Fox is absolutely gorgeous, and my granddaughter loved her koala hoodie. The customer support was fantastic and the product arrived in a timely fashion. It was even well packed to avoid damage. Thank you. I will be back.

Ordered Fidget the Fennec Fox as a gift for an elderly neighbour who has trouble sleeping at night because she is scared living alone and due to health reasons she can no longer have pets. Highly recommend Tumfort toys for all ages. The toys look and feel of high quality. Very pleased with purchase.

Mr 4 has ASD SPD and anxiety we bought the Qt quokka for pressure hugs and calming down after melt downs. He loves how soft and cuddly he is.

My 4yr old loooves the pink corgi, he sleeps with it every night! Plus the hoodie is super good quality and hr likes to carry it around. Such a handy product that is practical and fun!

We got our little guy a Tumfort toy when he was a bit unsettled from moving house. He loves it and you can often finding him chatting away to "bunny". We noticed a big difference in his behaviour having this toy and are so glad that we decided to give them a go. Easy to clean, great quality and loved by all!!

My 9 year old boy received his first Tumfort Toy as a gift a few days ago and will not let go! He loves how it turns into a toy, a jacket and even use it as a pillow! Overall really happy wth the hoodie I received from this company. It fits my boy perfectly. I ordered one size up just in case. Definitely a cute idea to have it turn into a toy as well, should have seen my little ones face when I showed him how to use it.
