They are selling badly packaged alcohol…

The perfumes were just badly packaged alcohol. Plus I have never heard perfumes are roll ons. They are sheer cheats and I was completely duped. I request customers to never buy from layered lux. The perfume packaging is cheap and the advertisement they show is completely fake.

Very disappointed, worst experience. fake website and products

Very disappointed, requesting all to please don't waste your money, this website is completely waste. In case you feel this comment misleading, you may order but don't forget to capture an unboxing video when you receive the product as in support they are asking for it to proceed. This ask is not written in their policy also, but they are scammers so they need some or the other reason to defend. Just try your luck if you could get your money back.
In my case, this is what happened, I Ordered 10 mini perfumes for ₹799 based on your website images showing original miniatures. Received only 5 roll-ons (not perfumes) that too don't last even an hour, no proper packaging, no free gift as promised. I have clear photographs but they are asking for unboxing video, we get multiple parcels everyday and who thinks that this is what will happen.

Order received under AWB 23645480084243…

Order received under AWB 23645480084243 was completely damaged, the packaging was torn, and the bottles inside were empty. When I tried to request a return, there was no return option available, and customer support has been unresponsive.
This is unacceptable for any seller.

Fake Products, No Refund – Fraudulent Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Layered Luxury Beauty. The product I received was fake and did not match what was shown in the images at the time of order. To make things worse, there was even a note in the package asking me to contact them before posting a review. I did reach out, but there was no response for days, and when they finally replied, they simply denied ownership of the order — even though I have all the order details as proof.

The products are cheap imitations, customer service is unresponsive, and despite their claims, they didn’t even include the free perfume sample promised. This feels like a fraudulent company misleading customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them.
