We first purchased my engagement ring here, the process couldn't have been easier. The staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout (even with my many requests) a year or so later, we decided to return for our wedding bands and had one of them customer made, after sending a photo of what we wanted. The whole experience was wonderful, and the final pieces were exactly what we wanted. Fantastic service all round!
