Purchased an Odeon PM Noir on February 6th and received the bag on March 4th. The bag I received was of poor quality (odd lines in the pattern), so I contacted the seller for an exchange or refund as per their return policy. It is now May 2nd and I am still waiting for the refund that was promised to me on March 14th. Terrible customer service as they are not responding to my messages on WhatsApp. Do not pay for your purchase via PayPal without them sending your an invoice or you cannot ask for a refund from PayPal.

I had ordered a travel size Birkin bag 55cm. and received a female Birkin purse. This would have been quite impressive if I was a Female or a Drag queen. I just don't understand where the confusion came in. Everything about this order was specific and clear. If you cannot properly deliver on the exact Item ordered then just say so. I have cancel and disputed this payment with American Express, who will deal with you people accordingly, Will begin the process of sending the purse back.

This company is pushing the limits of fraud ! Please do not give them your money ! They are thieves!

I purchased Chanel bag and the cover for iPhone. Both items arrived on time and were good quality as expected.

I have not received my Louie which I paid $260.00. Been waiting patiently and can’t figure what has happened. Other delivery service always send me a picture or delivery just dropped off. I have not received anything.

It has been more than 10 days that I ordered purse and have not received. Have tried to call you but busy signal. Tried to track order but Fed ex has not received item. This has made me feel that company is a little shady.

I have to say that when I contacted Lazzbross, they responded pretty fast, considering the time zone differences. They also worked with me on finding an item that was instock. The Chanel bag arrived today and looks exactly as the pictures show. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took almost one month to recieve the bag. Otherwise, I would recommend purchasing from them
