Fiber in our area announced for years, but no move at all
After 1 year suspension of my contract because of renovation works at home, I asked to reconduct a new contract, which I did, still hoping fiber would arrive (your competitiors today provide it in our area), but no indivcation it will happen soon (nextcoming months)

I moved to Lazer to get away from an IPTV company who only wanted to sell 'upgraded' boxes and had no real customer service.
When I had a communication with their CEO it was extremely disappointing.
Communication with Lazer has been very good, I even had an engineer come out on a Sunday.
Unfortunately the Sports contents is not as good on Lazer, which is disappointing

I have been a customer of Lazer since arriving in Portugal in late 2023. On the occasion of a house move I had no hesitation in taking out a new contract for my new place. My principal point of contact since originally starting with Lazer has been Marisa Alvaro and my experience with her has been outstanding. The whole process of switching was seamless and completely free of any hassle. I should also add that the technical support they provide is also outstanding so I have no hesitation in recommending the Lazer team unreservedly.

Thank you Shalom & Tony for giving your immediate attention to reconnecting my parents’ landline which was out of order last Friday afternoon. They are elderly and live on the 6th floor so not having a phone line to communicate can cause great stress. Within 2 hours, the issue was identified, Tony had called and resolved the issue. My mother also commented on Tony’s pleasant manner. Thank you for your kindness & understanding. It means a lot to us all.

I started experiencing serious connection issues with Lazer Telecom after what they called an infrastructure update. Instead of improving, my service became worse with constant disconnections. I reported it, but it was brushed off and ignored.
Due to being abroad, I had some delays in payment, but when they contacted me, I immediately cleared all outstanding balances in full. I have complete proof through my bank. Despite paying everything as they asked, they still disconnected my service without any further warning a week later.
It was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you ask a customer to pay and they do, there should be no reason to punish them afterward. This is not acceptable behavior for any serious company.
They also claimed they had sent me additional warnings, but when I requested proof, they could not provide anything. One of their own employees even admitted that their email system often has glitches. Since restoring the service, I have had no further issues, which raises even more doubts about their previous excuses.
I have already filed a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from Lazer Telecom. There are far better providers in Portugal who treat customers with respect and transparency.

Comecei a ter sérios problemas de conexão com a Lazer Telecom depois do que eles chamaram de atualização de infraestrutura. Em vez de melhorar, o serviço piorou com constantes quedas de internet. Relatei o problema, mas foi ignorado.
Por estar no exterior, houve um pequeno atraso no pagamento. Assim que fui contactado, paguei imediatamente todas as faturas em aberto. Tenho prova completa através do meu banco. Apesar de ter pago tudo conforme solicitado, a empresa desligou o meu serviço uma semana depois, sem qualquer aviso adicional.
Foi extremamente rude e pouco profissional. Se um cliente paga a dívida conforme pedido, não há justificativa para desconectá-lo depois. Esse tipo de atitude é inaceitável para uma empresa séria.
A empresa também alegou que me enviou avisos adicionais, mas não apresentou nenhuma prova quando pedi. Um funcionário chegou a admitir que o sistema de email deles tem falhas frequentes. Desde a reativação do serviço, não tive mais problemas, o que gera ainda mais dúvidas sobre as justificativas apresentadas.
Já apresentei uma queixa formal junto às autoridades competentes. Com base na minha experiência, recomendo fortemente que evitem a Lazer Telecom. Existem fornecedores muito melhores em Portugal que tratam os clientes com respeito e transparência.

In response to Lazer Telecom’s public reply: I want to clarify that I did not use a foreign bank account. My payments were made from a Portuguese bank, and I have proof of this.
It is disappointing that Lazer Telecom continues to provide inaccurate information publicly. Due to their behavior, I have formally escalated my case through the Livro de Reclamações platform and submitted a complaint to ANACOM (Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações).
I encourage others to exercise caution based on my experience. Misrepresentation of facts and lack of accountability are not the signs of a trustworthy provider.

Em resposta à resposta pública da Lazer Telecom: gostaria de esclarecer que não utilizei uma conta bancária estrangeira. O pagamento foi feito a partir de um banco português, e tenho provas disso.
É lamentável que a Lazer Telecom continue a divulgar informações imprecisas. Devido a este comportamento, formalizei uma queixa através do Livro de Reclamações e já apresentei reclamação à ANACOM (Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações).
Recomendo cautela a outros consumidores com base na minha experiência. A falta de transparência e responsabilidade não são características de um fornecedor de confiança.

The quality is beneath any form of acceptance. We have received numerous letters that they are working on the problem. It’s either a storm in the north or amla is to blame, meanwhile no form of compensation. Furthermore we called numerous times sent emails. But up to now still picxelations and other very irritating images.
