If I could put 0 stars then it would be 0 due to the fitting customer service !
The fitters supposedly glued the grass to the concrete but within 4 hours, it was lifting so they came back out and added another layer of glue. This was left for 24 hours and when checked it was still not stuck to the concrete! Their argument was it should not be fitted in the rain but still fitted it in the rain then when spoke to someone else, said it can be fitted in the rain. Then someone else came unannounced to glue it for a third time but still lifted straight back up! 3 layers of glue could be felt when walking on it by this point.
We eventually said forget it and we will glue it ourselves. When doing so, we have noticed an 8 inch slit in the grass, which was made without permission to make room for our gazebo screws. I would never have signed off on this if asked but the fitters said it was not noticeable and was not big enough to trip.
I contacted Chris to say about it and he said “just glue it down” “what do you want me to do about it” “I’m not discussing it with you further”
Disgusting company. Wish had just kept our old grass !
Josh and his team worked very hard and long hours for 6 days to finish my garden. Great work, to high standards and very professional. We are so pleased with the results, my garden looks amazing.
Thank you
I was privileged enough to have Lazy Lawn North London do my garden, 3 hard working men for 2 days. Never in my life have I known such kind, respectful, understanding and clean workers and the finished job is perfect. Thank you.

I can highly recommend the work which is carried out by Josh and Chris from Lazy lawn. They work extremely hard, are totally reliable, take pride in their work and they produce an amazing final finish. They’ve been back twice to carry out repairs on my lawn which were caused by third parties and they have restored the high standard of finish each time. Great service from installation to aftercare. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to any prospective clients.

This is the reply I got from lazy lawn about the damage that has appeared on my lawn, what a joke
Firstly, thank you for your repeat custom, but sorry to read your disappointment and comments. Over time all artificial grass can become flatter through use, just like a home carpet and is not a fault. A credit has been offered in line with the warranty. As a family run business we do care about all our customers and projects and we act honourably in line with the terms and conditions.
Firstly the carpet in your home is walked on everyday and not a few times a week and less in the winter, the compensation ( 55%) you offered only covers the grass, even if you replaced the whole lawn I’m not a lawn fitter someone who specialises in this area has to fit it,The lawn and foundations were laid perfect by Josh & Hannah the fault in the grass( not the foundations ) means the lawn has to be replaced and I feel this cost should of been covered by yourselves and not the customer ,looking through the reviews it looks like a lot of people when they have a problem get fobbed off,
Lazy lawn are great taking your money BUT when there’s a problem, it becomes your problem

Initially very good. Good job fitting.
Sheets of Astro have now come apart (1.5 years on).
Phoned them up, had a reply about them getting back once someone was in area. That was May 2024, it is now 9 August 2024.
Fogged off via email repeatedly.
Terrible aftercare!
Be aware

We had our artificial grass fitted by Lazy Lawn in February 2024, after a couple of weeks we noticed the edges were lifting. The green sealant is not fit for purpose as there is nothing for it to attach too. We contacted Lazy Lawn who did arrange for someone to come out and repair it. I did ask for the rest of the garden to be checked and repaired if necessary. The guys did come out and used the same green sealant as before. When speaking to Emma Cunningham I made it clear that if this was to happen again then we would require a wooden batten fitting and then the grass fitted to this which she absolutely agreed too. In April 2024 we contacted Emma again as the same problem had happened. I was ignored by email and calling her mobile so I contacted the office which she answered the phone. She requested that we take photos of the problem and she would speak to the fitters and get back to me. I received an email from Emma which said........
Thank you for your email, I have spoken to management and they have advised the following.
There is no need to glue the edges at perimeter, as this allows for expansion and contraction of the grass during warmer weather - the grass should not be lifted/tampered with as this may void your warranty.
The previous rectification was done as a goodwill gesture, as we suspect that the grass was brushed using incorrect tools. We recommend simply using a stiff brush only.
We can rectify the issues but it will be at cost price when we are in the area.........
The electric grass sweeper we had used if specially sold for use on artificial grass and we lifted the grass to take the photos. Now its our fault as tampering with the grass may void our warranty.
We were so shocked at this response. Why would be pay a company to return to use the green sealant again which obviously does not work.
We have since done some investigation and had various companies come and have a look at the grass and everyone has said it is good quality grass (Thank you Lazy Lawn for getting this right) but they have not finished it off correctly and what has been used is useless. Also they cut a section of the join a bit too short and just filled it with a strip of grass and glued it down.
We are now having to someone else to come and fit a wooden batten and fit the edges correctly at a cost of £800.
Thank you Lazy Lawn for your disgusting after sales.
Please do your investigation before placing orders with Lazy Lawn.

I waited weeks for an appointment that Eli booked for me. Today midday the 6th of June. After waiting for 15 minutes I called Matt who didn’t seem to know or really care that he was still an hour away. No real apology. So I cancelled the business which would be about 3k
The grass was left in the alleyway behind our house ( they mean it about not helping to move it once it's off the van) and was 10cm short of our order - and yes, I remeasured repeatedly!
No response to email but later a request to leave a review. I completed this saying that though grass fine the delivery was unhelpful and the cut too short.
This got an immediate public response saying they didn't get my message and that my initial quote was different to my order (it was, I'd rounded up per metre but ordering actually runs in 10cm units) and please contact them.
Forwarded a copy of the previous messages to the address given and still heard nothing.
I was probably unlucky. The grass seems decent and if you're getting it fitted none of this would matter but this wasn't a great experience for what should have been a straight forward job.
Well done and a big thank you to Lazy Lawns
A year on and just want to say our front lawn still looks amazing.
We have had no problems with anything and it has saved us a lot of work.
We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Thanks again Hannah and the team

A very simple 26 m2 rectangle garden, removal of existing grass, terram, type1, covered with lazy signature and sand infill for my 79y/o mother. Now I did think that just under £2k was slightly expensive as i had previously done mine for £7k but 200 m2 (Trulawn in 2020) but they did a good job in horrendous conditions and my mum was happy with the job and sent me a photo. It was at this point that I noticed a shadow down the centre of the lawn. I presumed it must be the picture because a simple rectangular lawn would not need a join down the middle.....would it? Three weeks later when I managed to get round there (I live 2 hours away) my suspicion was correct and they had joined two pieces of grass right in the centre of the garden, perhaps not noticeable on a 79 y/o eye but anyone else pretty obvious. I phoned up Eugene (Franchise owner?) and he arranged to meet me there the following weekend to review it. Upon review he explained that they like the grain to be a certain way (yes I'm sure) but the reason we got "such a good price" (apparently £300 better) was because we were going to use two parts of grass rather than one, ok so i asked did you write this down anywhere or tell my mother or sister? (she was there with lawn was priced), errgh no. So lets get this right, no-one was aware that a join was going to be put in the middle and the only person who viewed it after completion was a 79 y/o lady? erggh yes. Hmmmm ok, how can we rectify this Eugene? well I can take it up and put a piece down with no join (brilliant but here comes the catch...) but for another £1k (I was expecting him to say at the very worst £300.....come on Eugene....) but I will throw the labour in for free!!! Eugene oh Eugene it started so well. I had hoped that some common sense would prevail but alas not, I'm now of the opinion that you have taken advantage of a 79 y/o lady and got rid of two off-cuts of grass in the process, you wouldn't have done that Eugene would you? Eugene? Eugene........I'm sure LazyLawn are fine just don't use Eugene!

Lee responded promptly to our enquiry and visited us the very next day. We had a full quote within 24hrs and work completed the next week. The standard of work is exceptional and far better than the previous lawn we had. I highly recommend him, you won’t find better locally.

Recently used Lazylawn to get our garden replaced with artificial grass. Hannah was great at advising us on the best grass for us. The guys that fitted the grass were tidy and efficient. Really impressed with the final product and would recommend the company to friends and family.

chris and his team was here for about 2 weeks, they took pride in what they was doing and hit a few snags along the way especially with tree roots, but with perserverance got it right in the end, did not fancy chopping down a very large silver birch tree!!as such a large area at the front it took shape slowly but was well worth it as the end result is brilliant!!they never stopped for coffee breaks only had 20 mins at most for lunch most days, every day they cleaned all the mess they had made sweeping the drive etc the whole team are grafters they all worked damm hard and pulled together!!
we had black bricks round the edging and it finished it a treat,
we would recommend Lazy Lawns to one and all this firm takes some beating in every thing they do
given them 5/5 would give more stars if could but 5 is the highest we can
anyone wants to look at their work you are most welcome to come and see for yourself, if thinking about having them do a job for you.
again thanks for doing such an excellent job for us, takes the worry of having to mow the lawns but mostly not having my dogs sink in the mud in the lawn in the back garden any more and having to clean it all of!!
that is so nice!!

Fabulous…. I highly recommend Lazy Lawn.
From my first phone call to installation to follow up customer care and finally the finished product everything was so easy.
Hannah came out to see my lawn, at the time when it was like a mud bath, she explained what the company would do and how they would lay the artificial lawn, she gave me a quote and arranged an installation date. The guys arrived as agreed and were brilliant. They took the existing grass and soil out and laid my new lawn within the day. They worked throughout the day, every time I looked out they were both working hard, not once did I see either of the men standing doing nothing. They used a wheel barrow to go through my garage with the soil and take the materials back through the garage. When they finished the job my garage floor was still clean. They were respectful of my property too. When the lawn was laid Sam even cut the lawn around the contours of the flags and shaped edging stones on both sides of my lawn.
The finished garden is fabulous, I am VERY pleased with it. It was installed at the beginning of May and I still admire it each morning.
I have 2 medium sized young terrier dogs who run and play constantly and chase the squirrels. They used to churn my grass into mud and then run it onto the paths and patio and into the house. I cleaned the path and patio before the new lawn was laid and it is still clean now (2 months later). Even in this warm weather we have recently had, my neighbour was still having to clean her floor from where her dog had walked the mud into the house, mine was lovely and mud free.
The new lawn has made a terrific difference to my garden and everywhere is so much cleaner and greener.
The lawn is lovely and flat.
Thank you Hannah and the team, my life and home is a lot less muddy, the lawn looks fabulous.
From one Very Happy & Satisfied Customer.

What brilliant customer Service. We were let down by Grass Direct not delivering a big order of artifical grass when promised. This left us with contractors booked in but no grass to lay. Gemma at Lazy Lawn was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure no matter what, we could get an order of grass on time.

Brilliant communication from start to finish, quick and professional with site survey, quotes and work completed. Couldn't be happier with new lawn
We asked for a quote and had Bobby come out within a few days, which was perfect. He had great knowledge and gave us peace of mind that LazyLawn are very much specialists in their field. Nicole in the office kept us up to date with the booking plans and we had a slot booked in for the work to be carried out within a week and half, which is unheard of at this time of year. Derek and Luis have just completed our garden within the day, and were absolutely fantastic. We had a completely hassle free, efficient installation, and can’t thank the team enough for how easy they made the whole process. Couldn’t recommend the LazyLawn team in Scotland enough if you’re unsure where to go for artificial grass!
