This is a review of 2 halves. Firstly, the product irslef is great. Its still looking good after being down for a couple of years, so that is where the 2 stars come from.

However, the experience after the lawn was laid was a bit of a fiasco. I initially took the interest free payment option but after the lawn was laid, I was told that, due to a cashflow problem, if I paid for the 100% of the bill, I would receive 1 month (of my 12) free as a gesture. I agreed to this, although did feel a bit pressured into it tbh and paid. Since that moment, not a single one of my emails o text messages have been answered. I tried to get in contact as I had a few small issues that I wanted checking. But no. I even left a bad review on their website in the hope that someone would get back to me but this was simply not published.
So, in summing up, the lawn itself is lovely. The aftercare/warranty is not really worth a lot if you cant get hold of anyone.

I and my husband George would like to extend our great appreciation to Peter and his team for the renovation of our backyard garden. We have replaced our garden with artificial turf and cover the plant area with wood sleepers. Peter and his team has gone far beyond our expectations with all the excellent work. They are also polite, on time and very friendly. Peter also kept us well informed the status of the work. I can see they have done our job with heart. Peter also helped us to sort out a China Girl plant to be put into our garden which light up the whole garden. I highly recommend Peter to anyone who would like to remodel their garden.

The South London team (Blooming Mad Landscapes) led by Matt were absolutely brilliant. Everything went smoothly from the initial visit to survey the space to the installation which included one very hot day. The team worked incredibly hard and stayed late to complete the lawn. We are so pleased to have a garden which is lovely to look at and which the dog is unable to dig up!

LazyLawns have just replaced our front lawn with artificial grass. It looks amazing, very realistic, excellent quality. The LazyLawn team were incredibly helpful during every step of the process. Hannah is very professional, answering all queries, providing quotations and information on the products (bringing samples to our home), and setting dates for installation. The production information is very thorough i.e., samples are sent by post, fact-sheets on products and what to expect re the fitting are sent by email beforehand, and a guarantee document and aftercare information are provided at the end of the process. The fitters work hard and make sure everything is clean and tidy afterwards. The team were very approachable and helpful throughout. Thanks again to LazyLawn for our beautiful new grass!

Omg im blown away by Lazy Lawn and the team. Hannah dealt with me, measured up with josh and kept in touch till installation date.
Chris and Sam fitted it within 1 day they kept mej formed all the way through the process, checking how I wanted certain things. Thew were fabulous.
When they had finished I actually cried its the best money ive ever spent.

LazyLawn South London supplied and fitted our new lawn replacing a previous one which had suffered a lot during buiding work.
They also did some landscaping, edging etc and laid a new patio. All of the work is finished to a high standard and we are really pleased with it. The guys were, without exception, hardworking, polite and friendly. Their work can't be faulted and they were adaptable when required to be.

We got in touch with the LazyLawn Lancashire team back in December 2021 to come and take a look at our Garden for installing Artificial Grass. We naturally decided to get multiple quotes from other companies but hands down LazyLawn provided us with the best quote, information on the process as-well as giving us many samples to choose from. Due to weather and various other reasons we had to wait until April for the fitting to take place however the team stayed in contact with us on a regular basis and we did not mind at all waiting. The team arrived on time as expected and began work straight away. They were very friendly, professional and tidy and explained the process as they went along. They completed the job inside a day to the highest standard, everywhere was completely cleaned afterwards and we were given a full debrief of aftercare and follow on services if we needed them. I just want to thank the LazyLawn Lancashire team for their hard work, level of workmanship and communication throughout the process- I couldn’t recommend enough.

Got in touch with lazy lawns through there web site, got no response. Then rang to make an appointment, because of Easter they said they would get in touch after the weekend. I told them I was an existing customer. But still didn’t bother to ring, text or email. Thanks for that😡😡 don’t bother, so much for loyalty. 🤬🤬

Several years ago I contracted Lazylawn Derbyshire to do over our back garden as pushing a lawnmower was becoming more than a problem for me. The result was wonderful as it not only solved my problem but gave me a work of art in landscaping. It has been a talking point for all visitors ever since - so much so that I gave Lazylawn Derbyshire the task of transfering my smaller front garden. The artificial grass has remained in excellent condition and has certainly added value to the property. If this was not more than enough - the service team were really professional and very courteous and the office was so very understanding and helpful. Lazylawn Derbyshire are so very reliable and skilful that I can very highly recommend them with total confidence.

Excellent artificial grass, one of the best purchases we have ever made! We decided to have artificial grass as we have two very active dogs who like to be outside. Having lazylawn has meant that the dogs don’t bring mud into the house (a huge bonus!). Our lawn looks great all year round and we always have people compliment the look of our garden. Every year we give the lawn a jet wash and weed kill as recommended to keep the lawn looking fresh. We had our lawn installed by Lazylawn Derbyshire, all the team were very friendly and extremely knowledgable, we would not hesitate to reccomend them.

What a service. From start to finish, the care and expertise Ben and Jack shown in installing my artificial grass was exemplary.
If you have dogs, this is such a good idea.
Use professional installers who know what they are doing as the substructure is vital.
Ben explained everything to me during his careful installation. I’m delighted with the result.

After being so pleased with the lazylawn installed at our previous address, we decided to have it again when we downsized. Great service from the company in Oakham, Leics .
