I have loved every purchase I have made with Lazy Oaf! Their clothing is so unique, fun and just makes me happy!

I purchased a sweater for a gift and I signed up for emails because it would give me a 10% discount on my first purchase. I waited for the discount and when I didn’t get it I sent a message to Lazy Oaf. I was told to wait a few days for it to come. I did wait but nothing came so I ordered the sweater anyway and sent another message to Lazy Oaf in hopes that in good faith they would honor their discount and refund 10% of my purchase. I received the sweater, but no discount and was told that the code( that I did not get) ended on Oct. 30. I am happy with the quality of the sweater but not with customer service. This is the first and last purchase I will make with this company.

Little disappointed that return post is so expensive. Would discourage me from purchasing again

I was fortunate to shop both in store and online this year! Emily helped in store and while online I was able to easily find clothes that fit and look great! Will be purchasing more one day!

I ordered, hoping to receive the dress for an event 8 days after I ordered. As I’m in London and Lazy Oaf is supposedly a London based company, I figured that the dress would arrive in time. I was sent tracking information the day after I ordered so I was sure that it would arrive. Sadly, it has not and now I have to source a last minute option to wear. I’m sad and disappointed. Despite loving the dopamine dressing, I’ll most likely never order from them again, as the whole operation now stinks of drop-shipping and I now question their sustainability practices.

Got taxed an incredibly high amount extra (almost 50% of the order total) which came in not only as a surprise but also a total inconvenience - nobody care to mention before i finalized shopping nor even on the order dispatch confirmation. Disappointed and annoyed.

Ordering and Shipping quick and easy! Product amazing! I love my jumper!

I loved my products when I received them. However, when I made my online purchases it appeared that I would be receiving free shipping, however when I went to pick up my package from the post office, I had to pay the shipping service (Landmark) $103 for my package. I was pretty upset since I was not notified that I would need to pay such a large fee when making my purchase. Because of this, I dont think I will be purchasing from Lazy Oaf again despite my cute clothes.
