Products are nice but charging for postage and returns/exhanges means you’re out of pocket £10 if you get an item which isn’t the right fit. Would suggest free exchanges in future but overall like the brand

First of all the item I purchased arrived in a plain Manila envelope not even a padded one (it was a dress by the way) which the postman shoved through the letterbox.
I consequently had to return the item and was aghast at the instruction to ensure it was returned in suitable packaging.
Lazy oaf you really need to pull your socks up on this one.
considering your customers pay for dispatch and return costs the least you could do is fork out for something a little more suitable and durable for your products

Received everything and I loved everything!

The skirt is soooo cute, great length and the fit is perfect. However, there are just a few small things that seem cheap for the price - the buckles are difficult and are cheaply made, and the material of the skirt isn’t what I expected. I still love the skirt though and plan to keep it. I’m 5’1, 130 pounds (25 inch waist), and the size 4 fit perfect.

Fast shipping :))) But outrageouly expensive import fees and COD (cash on delivery due to merchant) for Québec, Canada. For instance, I could never think of buying LO at regular prices and, less than 40% off. And I keep purchasing because Im your biggest fan. I wish LO could cut me some slack, after all these years, douzaines of orders later.

The EU customs duty added 25% to the cost of the item. This additional cost should be made more plainly visible when placing an order for delivery outside of the UK (not within a hidden sub-menu).

As your address for returns is indicated as Belgium, why wasn't the item simply shipped from there?

Sold me a faulty ring for £170 and won’t repair or fix it just want me to return it for a refund. So disappointed as it was a gift and my partner is absolutely devastated.
