Terrible return policy, unhappy customer for sure, will NEVER order from them again, I've been ordering for our kids from Lazyones four years in a row now and have spend a lot of money with this company. FIrst time ever I'm trying to return something and it turns into a fiasco. You guys should try to be more flexible especially to old customers, it's a good business policy.
Lost me as a customer for sure.

Bought three pairs of their pjs and I love them all. So comfy and so cute. They was a little long on the pants (I'm 5'4") but big deal, it's not like I'm wearing them trekking around outside! Will buy from again!

Super cozy and fun prints. Customer service was good too--when I called about my shipment, they helped me get it sorted out.

I love the animals on the sleep pants and tops. The only problem I have with them is the way the neckline is cut on a bias to supposedly roll. It doesn't roll the way it should. I think they should just hem it and it would look much better. I have also found that the sizes are cut small. I prefer my sleep tops to be loose fitting and these aren't. Otherwise I love them.

I love Lazyone products- their one piece pjs and night shirts are great quality and super comfy. Shipping was as expected. I have no qualms.

Love the boxers. The waist band is so comfortable.

My husband finds the boxers very comfortable to sleep in. I like the night shirts - very soft!

The only reason that I did not rate these products at a five is because of coloring fading. The colors fade very quickly, so the vibrant colors that make these pajamas "pop" don't last long. However as far as size they are usually accurate, I have washed our pajamas (children as well as adults) Muliple times and I am amazed that the material does not become thin and that it also does not pile. My kids wear pajamas throughout the winter months all day long and this brand has definitely stood the test of time. The sense of humor that comes from this company (as displayed in their pajamas) is very delightful and makes bedtime/playtime fun and even sometimes unique conversation pieces. My husband has enjoyed the company's lounge pants as well as myself. Sure you can purchase pajamas from Wal-Mart or Target stores for much less money but in the long term you will by 2-3 pairs of pajamas before a pair of lazy ones "wears out". As far as color fading I have washed in cold water with color fasting detergent and the material still fades, but for the quality I can overlook fading.

I ordered matching pajamas for my family for Christmas. One of the items I received was wrong. I called and received excellent customer service. Since our family photos were being taken in just a few days, LazyOne immediately shipped out the correct item with expedited shipping. I received the correct item in time for our photo session. I couldn't have asked for better treatment!

I started wearing Lazy One Pajamas 8 years ago. They are cute and comfortable! I started purchasing them for my Grandkids too. I love the socks too!

These are great pajamas. They were too long for me because I'm short. After a little hemming they fit me perfectly.

I purchased several sets of pajamas as gifts and for myself. They're made of a heavier t-shirt fabric, which makes them more durable. The quality is excellent! The designs are fun. Makes picking out gifts more personal :) The recipients of the pajama sets loved them. I plan on ordering more. The items shipped quickly. No complaints, no problems. I highly recommend this company!

Love your line of slippers and sleepwear, but the cost of shipping is a bit much when most places ship for free now days.

Bought the first nightshirt in AZ over 10 years ago. Lost count of how many since then. Comfy, washes well.

I bought the owl boots 2 years ago and she still wears them. They are her favorite! The pajamas were cute and she wore those for one winter, but she has a baby sister coming in June, so we will be using them for her as well. They are well made and do not fade with washing. I would recommend them to anyone!
