I am beyond frustrated with Lazzoni. We placed our order on August 17th, and it took a staggering 20 weeks to finally be delivered. After waiting nearly five months, you would expect a perfect product, but what we received is a mess.

The table has major quality issues:

The extended section doesn’t align with the ceramic top.

The extension is wider than the rest of the table, so it sticks out.

Underneath, the assembly is terrible. There are huge gaps where you can see the screws, and because of this, the lock doesn't work at all.

Lazzoni clearly doesn't care about their customers. They made us wait 20 weeks and are now completely ignoring my emails about these defects. Save yourself the headache and the long wait—shop somewhere else.
Their products are quite expensive though you might think you can expect a perfect product with great support behind it but be my guest and order something from them to see what will happen!!!

Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you have now initiated a service process. However, I strongly disagree with the claim that this reflects genuine customer care.
The delivery date and holiday period are not the core issue here. A proactive reminder, clear communication, or timely response would be considered good service. Responding only after the delivery, and justifying delays with weather or holidays, does not change the fact that my initial support request was ignored.
I contacted you by email regarding serious quality concerns and received no response for 13 days. Only after I shared my experience publicly on Trustpilot did I receive a reply—within less than 10 hours. That timing speaks for itself. This does not feel like customer support; it feels like reputation management.
Regarding the table, I maintain that the visible gaps, misalignment, and non-functioning lock are unacceptable for a product in this price range, regardless of whether they are labeled as “calibration matters.” A customer should not receive a product that requires post-delivery adjustment to function properly.
I will wait for the on-site adjustment you mentioned. If no one shows up or the issue is not resolved within the coming two weeks, I will update my review accordingly so others can make an informed decision based on the full outcome.
Let’s see how this is handled in practice over the next days.

We had a very good experience in selecting and ordering furniture for our entire house. Yvanca was very patient, involved and helpful during the entire proces. The company itself has proven to be flexible when we had to postpone the delivery (from our side) several times. The delivery was well communicated and the guys worked to get it done as planned. The professional, attentive and personable service provided by Amina allowed us to achieve our vision for both our master and guest bedrooms.

We be had a fantastic experience with Lazzoni in Rotterdam. From the moment we started planning, the team was attentive and really took the time to understand our style, helping us design pieces that perfectly matched our vision. We ordered a TV unit, and it couldn’t have turned out better! It fits beautifully in our living room and complements the space perfectly. [Update: Finally delivery of my order has been finalized after 7-8 months. The reply from Lazzoni is disappointing; clearly confirms lack of any customer service mindset; delivery was extremely chaotic eg I ordered an item but they delivered another item and vendor thinks because the other item is more expensive I should be happy, sounds like a joke]

Ordered closets and bed.
Got them delivered in 18+ weeks, 4 weeks later than latest planned.
However the order was not correctly delivered. 1 closet was wrong and had to be re-ordered with another waiting time of ~ 8 weeks. Same for interior drawers which were wrong. On top, very poor interaction & response from customer support; getting lengthy template-style responses with no customer-centric solutions.

Amateur customer service & delivery - would not recommend if you look for reliability

Yvanca and Amina listened to what we wanted, which is the reason I moved my business to Lazzoni and sacked my previous interior designer. Their ability to provide 3-D depictions of the ultimate design made it easier for my wife to understand how the finished product would look in situ. More importantly, Lazzoni really makes custom-made furniture; you are not constrained to measurements that match their product line. Thanks to Yvanca’s and Amina’s incredible skill, expertise, attention to detail, and advice, what started as a straightforward task involving a single wardrobe turned into suggestions and designs for other rooms.
