Verified Listing Failure and Liquidity Lock — Serious Trust Issue
I invested in a token listed on LBank solely because it was presented as a verified project. I have no relationship with the project team and did not participate in any direct presale. My decision was based entirely on trust in LBank’s verification and listing process.
However, immediately after listing, the token experienced a 70–90% price collapse within 10–30 seconds, which cannot be considered normal market volatility, especially following a verified presale. This behavior strongly resembles a rug-pull or a severe liquidity failure.
More importantly, for over 24 hours after listing, I was unable to execute any sell orders at all. LBank support later confirmed that liquidity was unstable. This means users were effectively trapped and unable to exit their positions, regardless of price.
This is not a “trading loss” or user error. It is a functional market failure involving verification and liquidity controls at the exchange level. I did not send funds to the project team; I purchased directly on LBank, relying on the exchange’s verification.
For a major centralized exchange, this is extremely concerning. Verified listings should protect users from exactly this type of situation, not expose them to it.
If this issue is not properly resolved, I will proceed with formal complaints to relevant law-enforcement and regulatory authorities and continue documenting this case publicly for transparency.
I hope LBank addresses this matter responsibly and restores user trust.
If unresolved, I will submit complaints with full evidence to regulatory and law-enforcement authorities, including the SEC, FTC, and FBI IC3

“LBank froze my account without providing a clear reason”
LBANK has frozen my account without providing any evidence.
They are demanding that I “return profits” from fully legitimate trades on the PENGU pair — trades that were executed normally on their own platform.
I have repeatedly asked LBANK to provide:
the specific rule or policy I allegedly violated,
the risk report they claim exists,
and any technical proof of market manipulation.
They have provided none.
Instead, they keep closing my tickets without proper answers.
A platform cannot freeze a verified user’s funds, refuse withdrawals, and demand profit repayment without transparent evidence. This raises serious concerns about LBANK’s risk control practices and user protection standards.
I have already submitted complaints to external consumer-protection platforms and will escalate this case to additional regulatory channels if necessary.
I request immediate transparency, evidence, and restoration of my account.
UPDATE:
I have contacted LBank’s official support channels multiple times and provided all requested information, including my account UID and relevant ticket numbers.
To date, I have not received any case-specific or substantive response, only generic statements.
My account remains restricted, and the issue has not been resolved.
I respectfully request that this matter be formally escalated and reviewed, and that I receive a clear, written response addressing my specific case.

LBank deducted 400 USDT without proof and refuses to explain
I am writing this review to warn other users.
LBank deducted 400 USDT from my account and refused to provide any explanation or evidence for the so-called “abnormal trading activity.”
I repeatedly asked for a simple, general clarification — not confidential details — but they refused every time, saying everything is “internal policy.”
Even worse, they admitted that their system may have mistakenly flagged my trades, yet they still forced the deduction with no way to appeal.
After the deduction, they permanently restricted my trading and only allowed withdrawals.
This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the platform’s transparency and fairness.
I am sharing this so users are aware of the risks before depositing funds.
If LBank wants to resolve this, they can contact me and provide a real explanation or restore my deducted funds.

LBank’s HCD Agent “Emma” Using Questionable Methods — Account Frozen & Assets DemandedBank has become…
My experience with LBank has become extremely concerning. My account was suddenly restricted — both trading and withdrawals were blocked without any proper explanation. Later, an agent from the HCD department named Emma contacted me and made a highly suspicious request:
she stated that before they can remove the restrictions on my account, I must “submit” or “transfer” my existing assets for verification.
This kind of demand is completely unacceptable, unsafe, and raises serious concerns about internal handling and transparency.
When trying to reach normal support, the situation becomes even more frustrating:
They redirect me from ticket system to HCD department,
then to “Risk Control System,”
then back to email,
and the cycle continues with no real solution.
It feels like users are intentionally pushed into confusing loops instead of receiving clear support.
Additionally, the way the HCD agent approaches users under the name of “group arbitrage” and similar activities creates even more doubt and fear among customers. Such methods do not match any professional standard of a global exchange and leave users feeling unsafe about their funds.
LBank management needs to take urgent action. This behavior from the HCD department, especially from the agent known as Emma, must be reviewed immediately.
I request:
Until LBank fixes these issues, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

LBank Is Freezing Funds, Harassing Users, and Coercing Reviews – Avoid at All Costs Review:
I strongly warn all investors: LBank is operating in a predatory, abusive, and outright fraudulent manner. Multiple users have reported a systematic pattern of harassment, coercion, and misrepresentation that cannot be ignored.
Accounts Frozen After Profits:
Users report that after making normal or profitable trades, accounts are abruptly restricted or frozen, leaving funds — sometimes thousands of USDT — completely inaccessible.
Coercion and Abuse by Risk Control Agent “Emma”:
A Risk Control employee named Emma is repeatedly reported for harassing, threatening, and coercing users.
Emma pressures users to delete negative reviews as a precondition to lift restrictions.
No written confirmation is ever provided, and even when users comply, accounts often remain frozen, proving this is a manipulative and deceitful tactic.
Emma has been directly accused by one user of stealing US$2,866 from his account.
Across multiple Trustpilot reviews, Emma’s behavior is described as intimidating, abusive, and predatory, targeting innocent investors to force compliance.
Deceptive and Misleading Practices:
Asking users to delete reviews in exchange for access, while failing to restore accounts, is fraudulent, coercive, and illegal in many jurisdictions.
Pattern of Abuse:
This is not an isolated incident. The reported behavior shows a clear strategy:
Freeze funds after profitable trades
Coerce users into removing public complaints
Provide no written or verifiable assurances
Harass users repeatedly
Regulatory Scrutiny:
Multiple complaints have been filed against LBank, including with ASIC in Australia and SFC in Hong Kong. Regulatory authorities are aware of these practices, and LBank cannot escape accountability — it is only a matter of time before serious legal consequences follow.
Investor Warning:
LBank’s combination of frozen funds, abusive staff, and coercion makes it extremely risky. Anyone considering using this exchange should stay far away to protect their money and peace of mind.
Bottom Line:
LBank is not merely poor service — it is predatory, coercive, and fraudulent, with Risk Control agents like Emma personally targeting users, stealing funds, and threatening them into silence. Their actions are being documented by users and regulators alike. This abuse will not last, and justice will catch up with them.

Stolen Profit
Was trading fine on LBANK for months. Randomly made 1000 profit and then my account was flagged for risk control and all functions were frozen. Really dodgy exchange as they can freeze your withdrawals at any time.
There reply is a generic false reply. I’ve been in touch with them over email about the issue, but they don’t clarify anything

risk control issues
Under the pretext of risk control, they block your assets and do not allow withdrawals or transactions, and always announce with repeated messages that the rules are confidential. Stay away from this exchange until this problem is resolved.

Profit didn’t match estimate and fees are not transparent
I’m very disappointed with my trading experience on LBank Futures. I set my own Take Profit, and the app showed an estimated profit of around $5.5, but when the position closed, I only received about $1.7. After contacting support, I was told it was due to closing fees and execution differences.
In my opinion, the platform should be more transparent about actual profits after fees and improve the accuracy of Take Profit execution. This experience has made me lose trust and confidence in using LBank for trading.
I recommend you not to pick Lbank, because their scammer!!!

LBank account was suddenly suspended after making around 10,000 USDT profit
My friend’s LBank account was suddenly suspended after making around 10,000 USDT profit through completely normal spot trading. The platform claimed it was due to “abnormal profits,” but provided no clear explanation, evidence, or reference to any rule that was violated.
All trades were made legitimately within the LBank system — no bots, no system abuse, and no manipulation involved. Yet, instead of recognizing a successful trade, the exchange demanded that the profit be returned and locked the account.
We have already contacted LBank support, but so far, no transparent or professional response has been provided. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and reliability of this exchange.
If LBank wants to be trusted globally, it should handle such cases transparently, explain its actions clearly, and protect honest traders instead of penalizing them for earning profit through normal trading.
