Breach of guidelines
LBank is a SCAM exchange.
They froze my account with $1,544 after executing completely legitimate and normal trades, falsely accusing me of “abnormal arbitrage” — without providing any proof or valid justification.
Support only sends automated messages like “please wait for the HCD department.” Weeks have passed, nothing is resolved, and they show zero intention to solve anything. This is outright theft.
After doing some research, I found dozens of similar cases online. This is a pattern. They lock users’ funds, make up fake excuses, and wait for people to give up.
LBank is dishonest, unethical, and operates like a criminal organization. They should be banned from the crypto market. An absolute disgrace to the crypto space.
I will take every legal action necessary. I will not let this so-called exchange steal my money.

LBank blocked my account and stole $1,130 – no real support or justification
I’m extremely disappointed with LBank. They suspended my account without any prior notice, freezing a balance of $1,130, based on completely false accusations.
LBank claims that I have multiple accounts and engaged in abnormal trading activity. This is absolutely not true. I have always used only one account, and all of my trading was done manually using technical analysis and the official tools provided by the LBank platform. I have never used arbitrage, nor have I violated any rules.
They asked me to contact their team via email at hcd, which I did immediately. However, it’s been over 7 days and I have received no proper response. The only reply I got was a generic message that didn’t address my case at all. There has been no transparency, no proper investigation, and no resolution.
At this point, they have confiscated my funds without explanation, and I consider this theft and a clear violation of user trust.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this exchange. I am currently pursuing legal action and will continue to expose this abusive and dishonest behavior until I receive a fair resolution.

do not trust what they say
• February 11, 2025 – A P2P buy order was made by a hacker amounting to ₱49,950.81. I did not receive any payment, but the hacker filed an appeal to release the order, so the USDT was placed on hold as escrow. I informed the Lbank VIP P2P support group about this fraudulent activity, and they responded that they would investigate it.
• February 12, 2025 – I received emails indicating that someone from Lbank's live chat customer service was attempting to change my email.
• February 14, 2025 – 10:58 AM – I again informed Lbank VIP P2P support that the hacker was requesting the release of the buy order without making payment. They advised me to contact Lbank support directly via email, which I did.
• February 14, 2025 – 07:16 PM – The email associated with my account was changed. I also found out that approximately 10 devices from Malaysia are logged into my account. I was unable to take any action due to 2FA being tied to the new email address. I informed the Lbank VIP P2P group that the hacker had successfully changed my email, and that the hacker is logged into my account.
• February 14, 2025 – 08:46 PM – I contacted Lbank live chat support and spoke with Helen, who confirmed that my account had been successfully frozen and the hacker could not widraw my funds nor release the order even he has access to my account.
• February 15, 2025 – 08:02 PM – Despite my efforts, the hacker managed to release the order under appeal and was able to take my 819 USDT from my account.
I tried to contact Lbank live support again and Helen said the freeze took effect at 08:45 PM on February 15. It would seem that they waited for the hacker to take my USDT before freezing my funds despite repeatedly informing them four days earlier. This incident raises concerns that the hack may have resulted from Lbank’s negligence.

LBank is a fraudulent exchange
LBank is a fraudulent exchange running a scam disguised as a crypto platform. After executing legitimate trades, they froze my account with $649, falsely accusing me of “abnormal arbitrage” without presenting any real evidence.
All I get are generic replies like “please wait for HCD department.” Weeks passed, nothing is resolved. This is pure theft.
I see dozens of similar cases. This exchange uses fake excuses to trap users’ funds, hoping they give up.
LBank should be blacklisted worldwide. Disgraceful, disgusting, criminal behavior.

Account Suspension Without Clear Explanation – Unprofessional and Unfair Conduct
Hi,
I have been using the LBank exchange for a while to conduct cryptocurrency transactions, and I have always complied with the platform’s rules. However, after attempting to withdraw my profit from entirely legal trades, my account was suspended without any clear explanation.
It has now been over a month since the suspension, and during this time, I have fully cooperated with the support team by submitting documents, explanations, and following up repeatedly. Nevertheless, the responses I have received from the HCD team have been vague, unclear, and without any concrete resolution.
To date, a total of 2,774 USDT of my funds has been frozen, with no legitimate justification provided. It appears that this process is intentionally prolonged to wear down the user and prevent the withdrawal of profits. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also constitutes a violation of user rights and an abuse of platform authority.
This experience has completely eroded my trust in this exchange. I strongly advise other users to proceed with extreme caution before using this platform.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Funds Unfairly Held by LBank
I deposited my own funds into LBank, traded, and earned profits using a bonus provided by them. Suddenly, my account was restricted, claiming my profits violated their ambiguous trading rules. They instructed me to transfer profits to a futures account for erasure and assured me I could withdraw my original funds.
However, it's been several days now, and despite countless emails, my profits remain unerased and, most frustratingly, my own legitimate funds (over $5,000) are unfairly held hostage by the exchange. Communication from LBank is appalling—they simply copy-paste generic responses without actually resolving the issue.
I feel completely helpless as my money remains inaccessible without any valid explanation or timeline for resolution. This is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable behavior from an exchange that claims to be trustworthy.
Be extremely cautious about trusting LBank with your money. My next step is legal action, as they have left me no other choice.
Highly NOT recommended!

Complaint Regarding Account Suspension and Non-Refund of Initial Deposit and Legitimate Profits
I have been trading on LBank and my account was suspended due to alleged arbitrage trading. Although I am willing to return all the abnormal profits, they are refusing to return my initial deposit and legitimate profits. I have provided all necessary documentation, and I am prepared to present them to the relevant legal authorities if needed.
I expect my legitimate funds to be returned promptly and a fair resolution to this matter.

Title: Serious Issue with Incorrect
Transaction and Lack of Response from LBank
I made a transaction with LBank where a cryptocurrency was supposed to be transferred to my wallet. Unfortunately, my wallet address was entered incorrectly, and the cryptocurrency never reached my wallet. Despite 6 months of follow-up, I still have not received my funds.
During this time, I have received no clear or satisfactory response from LBank’s support team. Not only have they failed to provide a timeline for the return of my funds, but they have also not provided any details about the mistake made or the steps they are taking to resolve the issue.
This is a very concerning situation, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the support I’ve received. If LBank is unable to resolve this issue, it will severely damage their
Formal Request for Immediate Release of Funds — Account ID: LBA8F75586
Dear LBank Support,
Account ID: LBA8F75586
I am writing to formally dispute the claim that my trading activity constituted "high-frequency abnormal trading behavior."
The transaction in question remained open for more than one week, which clearly contradicts any definition of high-frequency trading. Therefore, the accusation appears baseless and unjustified.
Moreover, you are currently attempting to seize the entire amount of my deposit — 7244 USDT — by misclassifying it as "abnormal profit."
This action represents an unlawful appropriation of client funds and constitutes a serious breach of trust and financial regulations.
I demand the immediate and full release of my original deposited funds, clearly separate from any disputed profit amounts.
If the matter is not resolved within 7 calendar days, I will proceed with submitting formal complaints to:
- FinCEN (U.S. MSB regulator)
- Trustpilot and other public consumer protection platforms
- Additional regulatory authorities and legal bodies as necessary.
However, if this situation is resolved fairly and my funds are promptly released, I am prepared to post a positive review of LBank’s handling of this matter, acknowledging your efforts to protect clients' rights and maintain trust.
I look forward to your prompt and constructive response.
Best regards,
Tagir Abdulgamidov

Violating future rule and and restrict my account
I traded the ELXUSDT cryptocurrency on April 21st in Lbank. due to high volatility I was able to make a profit of about 15,000 with about 20 buy and sell transactions.
Then suddenly the exchange closed my account and said that due to abnormal volatility you need to verify your identity. I sent documents and a video, after 6 days my account is still closed and it says that you have to return the profit. Why should I return the profit that I legally earned with the exchange's own tools? If I had made a wrong trade and made a loss, would the exchange have paid for my loss? This is clearly daylight robbery, where you are not held accountable when you lose, but as soon as you make a profit, they block your account.thats the important feature of future trading that you make profit or lose in short time so you are violating the rules . No one is held accountable either.

Lbank Scam
my UID: LBA6F16598 I traded on the exchange for a couple of months while I was in the minus, we gave trades as soon as I got into the plus and set the withdrawal of funds, they immediately blocked my withdrawal of funds for six months! I highly do not recommend the exchange, as it is a regular scam.
Dear Lbank, what you wrote is to write to you by mail, I wrote to you! You have been ignoring me for more than a week! Return my money, you will break the law!

Deposited 998 USDT, Forced into 6-Month Lock After C3 KYC — Horrible Experience
I deposited 998 USDT into LBank around 10:00 PM yesterday. The funds didn’t arrive for over an hour, and I had to contact live support multiple times. First they told me to wait 1 hour, then 2–3 more hours, and finally said it would be resolved in 24 hours. After nearly 15 hours, my funds finally showed up.
By that time, BTC had already spiked above 80,000 USDT, and I missed a trading opportunity I had been waiting for. So I tried to withdraw my USDT — but the withdrawal got stuck in "processing" with no progress. My KYC was already verified.
When I contacted support again, they gave me an outrageous response: they demanded I complete C3-level KYC by sending a video and ID documents to a random email address (hcd@lbank. com), and said I can only withdraw my money after 6 months!
I’ve never made a single trade on LBank and I'm new to crypto. Locking my funds like this without warning or legal justification is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam.
Avoid LBank at all costs — they hold your money hostage and make up new rules as they go.
I have already started legal action and will be submitting formal complaints to the relevant financial authorities in Hong Kong as well.

If you’re into buying MEMEs on CEXs, def worth a look.
I usually just stick to the top 1-2 exchanges, but ngl, this cycle’s all about small-cap MEMEs, so I’ve been checking out other platforms. Mostly use LBank to ape into new gems before they hit big exchanges.
Been on it for a few months now, and tbh, the experience is pretty solid. They list small caps & MEMEs way faster than other CEXs, and some even have their global debut here.
Saw on Twitter that if you notice low liquidity on MEME spot pairs and report it, you can get rewards. Kinda cool to see them actually putting effort into making MEMEs & alts more liquid. Depth is decent too. If you’re into buying MEMEs on CEXs, def worth a look.

Offers a good variety of activities
The competition between exchanges is crazy these days, lol. Gotta say, LBank is putting in the effort when it comes to promotions. They’re constantly rolling out new ones—deposit bonuses, trading competitions, new token events, you name it.
If you trade frequently, it’s worth checking out. Might as well grab some extra rewards while you’re at it—no downside, really.

Quick and Helpful Support Saved My Deposit
My recent experience with the Ton network could have been disastrous - I forgot to fill in the MEMO when depositing cryptocurrency and almost lost my funds. I felt like such an idiot. Thankfully, following a friend's advice, I contacted customer support. To my surprise, with their patient guidance, the deposit was successfully completed. The official team responded remarkably fast throughout the process. This incident, while initially stressful, ultimately turned out to be a positive demonstration of their efficient service. Kudos to the support team for saving the day!

A solid platform for MEME trading
Big fan of MEME trading, grab some here and there. Moving funds across chains is a pain, always getting sniped by bots lol. So I just stick to trading on one exchange when I can. LBank lists alts fast, liquidity’s decent—solid for small-cap plays. $NIL already did a 10x, let’s hope this cycle prints some life-changing gains! 🚀
