Worst trading experience ever!
Lbank freezes your account out of nothing, support tells me I "violated the normal trading environment", whatever this means. Withdrawals are blocked, asset trading is blocked - this is the worst trading experience I have ever had and I feel robbed by LBank. Support only tells you that you have a chance to unlock your account in 3 months and to "wait paitently". This is my money they are preventing me to withdraw which is really unaccaptable. I advise anyone to stay away from this fraudulent exchange platform!

Low performance platform for trading
Lbank platform is very hard to use compare to Binance, Crypto.com...and also when needed of tax report has to contact customer service that requires ridiculous things to take a selfie with the date and the photo ID. Much more with the person I chatted to named Kobe. The unprofessional and rude. Lbank needs alot of change band update to compete with other platform if they want to stand out. Otherwise they will keep losing customer due to inconvenience and rude people they hire.

Worst Exchange App. First I bought some coin then when I tried to sell on a profit. It began showing error. And when the price is again on loss. I was able to sell then. So, basically it's the worst app where you want to trade your coins.

First, the asset you held is ETF product, which will be merged under special circumstances in line with its product mechanism that you may find more details in the product page. Another reason is that the crypto you held has upgraded its contract address, which leads to a conversion between the old and new tokens according to certain proportion. And you will not find your assets in spot wallet if the crypto you hold is delisted. Please check the delisted asset in your wallet. They took me for a coin trade 30% fee. On the mobile app you cannot know about this fee. It shows just on the web platform. I told them, but they did nothing. It's not fair!

I withdraw my tokens from huobi.. the transaction went successfull but the tokens didn't arrived in my Lbank wallet. The support is useless, they will never response. My 10 month pocket money~100$ is stuck on that exchange, never going to use it again

As for the mentioned deposits that is moved to our withdrawal address, it is simply due to the automatic grouping mechanism of ERC20 chain token. If your depsoit is automatically grouped before being able to arrive at your wallet, please do not hestitate to contact us either through online chat support or our official customer service email

The seller of scam tokens
This exchange sells many scam tokens such as frzss and bobcoin.
They basically accept any s@itcoin, they don't have any vetting mechanism. They are an accomplice in those scams.
Update: "Risk in crypto markets" has nothing to do with selling scam tokens. LBank guys use this standard reply as a red herring.

Scam Exchange doing Reverse splits and Con
This is one hell of a CON EXCHANGE doing Reverse splits on ETF's at their convenience so they don't have to do huge payouts on volatility , try to sieze the opportunity to dupe investors of their PRINCIPAL + GAINS.
Their Customer Support is a night mare to deal with and abruptly just disconnect/hang up on a chat. Their site / app is very wierd hardly shows your transaction history.
Most recently seen a lot of issues on ETF trading and strongly discourage this exchange and more so with the ETF trades , or any futures trades as they will try to suck out every penny with wierd announcements and REVERSE SPLITS that works just to their advantage.
My recent experience with Sol5L where I pretty much lost everything inspite of being in gains due to the abrupt REVERSE SPLIT of 1:10000 instead of a reasonable ratio of 1:1000 even if they had to do a reverse split to be true to the valuation of the token.

Please, Trustpilot you need to introduce zero-rating because these guys are NOT even worth my 1 star.
First, they put up "Register and get $255 Bonus" I know that know crypto exchange give you that just by registration, so I wanted them to prove it, but the F*** guys are looking for the technical team to answer the issue.
I have not even started trading, just the same Bonus they promise, the agent who disappears and appears after some time refers me to the technical team. THIS IS ONE CHANCE EXCHANGE... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am begging you don't listen to them.
