an obscene 30% restocking charge in case you have to return or swap. Unheard of

Very bad quality fans. Within one week its burned and sent for replacement but I don't think they will return. Its one month now. Please don't buy and waste your money. There are so many good companies like flaktwoods. Thanks

I ordered 2 vents which were a small package, but postage was nearly twice the price of the item.I rang up to ask why this was the case. I was told that they had to go via courier, because they were from the ventilation department. I asked if they could be sent by post and I was promised a call back, which didn't happen. I went ahead and ordered the items, which arrived a day earlier than they were promised and the items were of good quality. It seems wasteful to use a courier for small items which could be posted more cheaply.

Good service, and quality goods,delivery prompt but slight damage to insulation units, think somthilng heavy had been on top of them, but impossible to tell they were damaged till package was open. Would be worth telling the carrier to be more carefully. However they worked OK once I taped up the splits in them.

Superb service and quick delivery

Friendly, very rapid and clear response to emails. Unfortunately the courier lost my initial order so I can't rate the overall experience as 5 star, but it was resolved efficiently (using a different courier) and I was kept up to date. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered Friday, delivered Saturday morning, properly packaged and in mint condition. Really good service.
