Great experience purchasing my first…
Great experience purchasing my first Rolex. After enquiring with a few other shops beforehand who were either time wasters or didn't have the stock, I finally came across LBJ through Google. Contacted them to see if they had the reference I wanted in stock, which they did but it was on order for someone else but was told I could come down and try it on before it leaves. Which I did!!! Met the team, 2 decent blokes from Nottingham!! I was able to source the watch I wanted in 2-4 days. When I went back to pick up the watch, I was given some Prosecco!! Great experience!!! Better than going into some of the AD's and looked at like a piece dirt LOL.
Would 100% purchase another watch from here for the missus ..... if she behaves herself!!!!

Rolex pepsi jubilee.
Ive just bought a Rolex pepsi jubilee from LBJ watches and I must say it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Harrison. He was super friendly, gave me a nice walk through the watch and the settings and evidneced the authenticity. Very competitive price wise and the aftercare was brilliant. Great from start to finish and there was no pressure put on me to purchase at any point. Would highly recommend!

I spotted the watch I was after and emailed interest. Luke returned to me swiftly--even though he was in the US on holiday. He arranged for Harrison to meet me on the 2nd Jan to pick up the watch: Seemless, excellent service. Prompt, professional and a very happy customer. So much so that I bought two watches. NOTE: They didn't 'upsell' me an additional watch; I simply asked about one I'd seen for my wife and decided to buy it.
Would I use LBJ again and/or recommend them? 100% without question.

Luke and Harrison are absolutely phenomenal. It was by far the best buying experience, with absolutely no pressure. It was relaxed and I was proactively offered to try on a few options. Luke spent a considerable amount of time with me (which I truly appreciate) and talked me through various watches. This was such an emotional experience and whilst the must see this day in day out, Luke & Harrison were very patient and supportive with me, in fact this enabled me to make up my mind and select this piece. I had my wife and the kids with me and they welcomed us all to the store. Thanks a ton team LBJ, I will be back for the Pepsi soon :)

Rolex Submariner Purchase
I picked up my first Rolex from LBJ watches in 2024. I was originally nervous in spending such a large amount for a watch outside of an authorised dealer however the team (Mark, Harrison and Luke) made me feel at ease, walked me through the different options available, were very accommodating when I couldn't make up my mind and finally provided great after sale support.
