After speaking with Luke and Zana, they ensured the quality and finishing of the time piece was 100% and met all expectations. So just one phone call to LBJ Watches , I spoke to Harrison who was so helpful and knowledgeable beyond what I was expecting and gave me the confidence to look no further , within a week I had my dream watch being my first luxury watch the transition from first phone call to Harrison locating the watch and delivering the perfect piece now means my daughters have one each as well … as my tentative enquiry again delivered two matching ladies pieces …. Experience from start to finish with the guys at LBJ was excellent. Fair negotiations, friendly service and quality timepieces. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future and recommending to my friends and family.
It was my first high-end watch purchase so I was focussed on “buying the seller”. Luke was very generous with his time, walking me through how they authenticate the timepieces step by step - I’ve subsequently been able to verify authenticity via the manufacturer, backing up LBJ’s great reputation as a trusted seller.
Overall all my communications and interactions with the team were friendly, professional and put me at ease. The aftercare has been great too, checking in regularly to ensure I’m completely satisfied with the purchase (which I am to say the least!).
I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Customer service was always going to be important for me when buying a luxury watch. I’m pleased to say, my experience with Zana at LBJ was nothing short of outstanding.
