Very good communication from pre-order inquiries, up to and including delivery of products. Very impressed with delivery driver who would of quite willingly unloaded and walked all the decking and subframe to my garden on his own, fortunately we were able to lend a hand as there was a significant amount. Actual product containing plastic subframe and composite decking was very good value and looks good in quality. Installation tips and photos available to look at on website which was helpful.

IT TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR THE SAMPLES TO ARRIVE, BY WHICH TIME I HAD ORDERED [ IN MY DAUGHTER'S NAME] FROM YOU, SHOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE 17 APRIL SO I HOPE WE WENT WITH THE RIGHT COMPANY. I WOULD SAY THAT CLADCO SAMPLES WERE ALSO DELAYED BY EVRI AND YOUR DELIVERY CHARGE WAS LOWER WHICH SWUNG IT IN YOUR FAVOUR.
