I’m still on holiday and there hassling me to pick up the pacer it did not arrive before I left DPD there sending it back yesterday if I didn’t pick it up I’m in Greece back on Thursday please sort out and re deliver

Hi Diana, we are very sorry to hear this. I have looked into this and can see that you placed an order on Saturday 16th September. The package was shipped out on Monday 18th September with DPD on a next working day service and can see that they attempted to delivery on 19th September but no one was at the address to accept the delivery. It then looks as though a request was made to deliver the package to your local pickup location. I will ask a member of our team to get in contact with you asap to help you with this.
