I had to threatened with legal action…
I had to threatened with legal action before they would do what they promised and what they advertised. Yes, they had several excuses why they were months late completing my son's divorce papers. I had paid an additional $100, just so they would expedite the delivery. But they failed to do it in the time framethey had promised. This is when I threatened to take legal action against them. We do NOT recommend this business and they deserve a BIG FAT ZERO!

Our services in this matter were provided directly to the client, with ongoing communication regarding required documents, disclosures, and next steps. As a registered Legal Document Assistant service, we prepare and process documents based strictly on the information and materials provided to us. We cannot finalize or file documents until all required information is received.
The additional $100 referenced in this review was a court filing service fee for processing and submitting documents to the court. It was not an expedite fee. Court processing times — as well as California’s mandatory six-month waiting period in divorce matters — are determined by law and by the court, and are outside of our control.
Once all required materials were received, the documents were properly prepared and filed. Final Judgment was officially entered by the Court on 09/02/2025.
We stand by the accuracy of our work, our documented communications, and our compliance with California legal document preparation requirements. Divorce can be an emotional process, and timelines may feel longer than expected, but we remain committed to professional, compliant, and transparent service for every client.
We wish the family well moving forward.
A complete waste of money
A complete waste of money. It is better to go an attorney who focus on eviction rather than a this company. The phone number they give is only for getting new customers not for establish clients. They are not great with responding back to emails and there three day notice form could hurt you in court with missing information. They filled out my form wrong when they gave me the draft. The attorney I went to had a cheaper and more detail oriented form. Also, they move slower for a time sensitive process.

Thank you for your feedback. At LDA Pro Legal, California Registered Process Servers strictly follow the California Code of Civil Procedure when serving eviction notices. After reasonably attempting to personally serve the notice at the residence, posting and mailing is authorized under CCP §1162(a)(3). This section allows a notice to be affixed to the property and then mailed.
This method is fully valid under California law and is commonly accepted by the courts.
It also provides an added benefit:
📌 We capture a time-stamped photo of the posting, which can be used as evidence in court if a tenant later claims they were never served. Judges recognize this as strong proof that proper service was completed.
Our goal is always to ensure every notice is served correctly, legally, and in a way that protects our clients. If you have any further questions, we are always here to assist.
