Sorry to hear that you had a negative experience.
According to our delivery policy, we can arrange next working day deliveries if you could place the order before 12pm. For Saturday deliveries, there are extra fees to be paid.
If you need to return & refund your order, please email us the reason and return the order by a signed for delivery to us. We will then process your refund once received and inspected. We have not received any return requests from you yet. Just drop us an email so we could help further.

I wanted 5 sample tins we have in mind for a project, picked a size which was unfortunately no longer made. Within hours their rep was in touch recommended a tin that was slightly larger at no extra cost.
Delivery was prompt and we are designing the content packaging and send it out for comment. Hopefully all good.

Great customer service
Some items I ordered to make a choice of which ones I wanted were out of stock. I was contacted immediately and they sent out other design options for me to receive and they were all different sizes, with no extra cost to myself. Great shopping experience and communication was brilliant.
