I’ve just completed both a sale and a purchase with this firm and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The whole process was smooth and very well organised from start to finish. Abby and Anisha were both fantastic — efficient, quick to respond and always kept me updated on where things were. If I had a question, I never had to wait long for an answer, which makes such a difference during what can normally be a stressful process.

One of the things I really liked was the online system they use. Being able to log in and see documents, updates and progress in one place was brilliant. It meant I wasn’t constantly waiting around for emails or wondering what stage things were at.

Overall a really professional, efficient service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Sam Mullins was great careing and made us feel welcome .We had problems initially with emails asking us to send forms which we had allready sent and the whole thing felt disjointed at times.We were asked to pay extra monies 3 times which had never been mentioned (we were on a fixed price ) this is London office.

Jasmyn was fantastic for us throughout the buying and selling process, helped us with any questions we had immediately, and kept us up to date at all times on both the buying and selling process. Jasmyn (and Dally who helped towards completion) were both prompt on the phone or email with any questions we had, and updates from buyer/seller solicitors throughout. We didn’t have to chase once throughout the process and we felt we were fully up to date at all times, particularly in the run up to exchange, agreeing a completion date and on completion date itself. Offer to Completion was just over 2 months and fell over Christmas, so it was a very quick process but we never felt pressured on either side of the transaction, felt fully supported throughout by Jasmyn and Dally, who helped make it a relatively stress free process!

My fiance and I have just purchased our first home, expertly guided through the process by Leadenhall law group conveyancing services. Birgul was clear and concise with the information she provided, transparent and accurate with expectations and gave us really helpful advice along the way, allowing the transition period between properties seemless and simple. I felt Leadenhall looked after my best interests throughout the process of selling my first flat from the beginning to the end. Johnny and Georgia were always cool even when a buyer pulled out after so much work at a last minute.

Georgia Nottage always were on hand for queries no matter how big or small and worked hard to resolve issues related to the sale, whatever the query she was cool like a cucumber. I appointed Leadenhall as my solicitor (seller part), and they helped me through the whole process greatly, from the very beginning to the end. They are super efficient and effective, guided you through and responded really quickly (not like other ones), which made great difference and I feel so lucky to find the right one, the real professional people to help in property selling. Abi and Anisha kept us informed the whole time. it wasn't a fast or easy process but due to circumstances out of their control so not a criticism. We felt the advice they gave us was honest and in depth and helped us make decision. Would use them again (but hopefully not any time soon!)

All started well but we received no completion statement, got an unwelcome will from HMRC as they filed for stamp duty twice and there were issues registering title.

Seemed to give up after they had been paid.

Will not use again.

Due to our buyer's last minute urgent requirement to exchange and then complete 5 days later, there was a bit of a last minute dash to finalise the transaction - our conveyancing executive JL was excellent, my wife and I are very grateful.

I've bought and sold three properties and therefore used five different solicitor companies. Leadenhall, and particularly my team of Jasmyn Chana and Dally Rashid, were by far the best. Prompt, precise, very clear and exact. I found them extremely pragmatic, straightforward and experienced. I plan to use them again for my next property purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with this solicitor firm during our house purchase. They were extremely efficient and always quick to reply to emails. Any questions or queries were chased up promptly, and communication throughout was excellent.
The daily digest emails were especially helpful, providing a clear snapshot of progress and keeping us aware of what steps had been completed and what actions were still outstanding. They were also very thorough when reviewing the contract and explaining the details. We felt well supported throughout and would highly recommend them.
