If I could give zero stars, I would! This company has been nothing but frustration!

After waiting a year to receive product that I supported via Kickstarter, I was sent the wrong item. I have now spent an additional seven months trying to get the correct item sent to me. They only use some crappy live chat program, to which they do not respond.
I would suggest not doing business with this company... ever!

Ordered in March, no response to emails, no online chat available and the telephone number doesn't exist. Complete scam. Unbelievable.

Yet another buyer on Indiegogo, plus money spent directly with them, and no product ever shipped nor responses to my complaints.

Apparently i can't give them a ZERO star review, as that would be more on par with the overall customer experience. I backed up HEPA LEAF on Indiegogo for a total of 100$ in September 2020. They tried to keep up the appearance by stating they were impacted by the pandemic, but they switched to complete radio-silence since a couple of months. Oh.. i do still get marketing mails from them, promising nice promotions if I'd order new masks. Take my advice... this unfortunately is a total SCAM. Don't be tempted.

I wish I'd read the rest of the reviews here. The product falls apart and they don't respond to email.
It should be a big red flag that there's nowhere to leave reviews on the website and that no one responded to my query about sizing before I ordered. But man is this product a dud. I ordered the hepa version in the small size, according to all the available guidance on their site (I am a cis woman with an average sized face). Not only does it way too short for my face, but the N95 filters are paper thin and rip as you install them (yes I watched the tutorial videos first) and the entire housing pops out. Doesn't feel like it's a good protection against COVID. It DOES not fog as claimed, which is impressive. but I definitely can't recommend it, given the poor fit and fact that it literally fell apart before I even wore it once. I sent an email complaining and never heard back- seems par for the course. Don't buy.

Total scam… sent me the regular mask and filters but I purchased the Pro back in January and nothing… no word other than one saying delays… then it’s shipping on May… then nothing even now… no mask no refund… I complained to American Express about a fraudulent vendor… strongly suggest all angry customers complain to your credit card companies and request they remove them as a vendor that can process payments… take away their means to be paid…

Purchased a Mask on July 4, 2020. Not only have I not received the mask months later, but the company has conveniently structured their online presence to make it impossible to contact. They have failed to respond to nearly a dozen emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

We placed the order for some masks and accessories on 12th March 2021( over $7500.00).
After few weeks we had a message saying due to global shortage delivery is delayed but our masks will be delivered by the end of at the latest April or early May.
Today is the last day of July,NOTHING happened, tried many times to contact them but have had no response. I have asked for a refund and again have had no response.
My only assumption is that the masks don’t exist and it is a scam at a very large scale taking advantage of public vulnerability due to pandemic situation. Do not trust them and do not order.

They sent a broken mask and didn't send a new one. The email response was "That's odd." Stay away from these guys.

I would leave a “zero” star review if I could. I am an original “investor” with Indiegogo and no receipt of promised “perks”
Promised my hearing impaired patients a clear mask and referred patients to the company. Several emails and IG messages from the company with statements of rectification. No response and no product. Beyond disappointed during this pandemic and ignoring patient needs.

Bogus updates and Bogus fed ex tracking…

Mask had holes.
Their "Chat live" is non-functional.
They do not answer the phone.
They do not answer emails.
100% scam.

Really bad product: side filters fall out after one day's handling. The mask is not N95/99/100 (have no NIOSH approval or listing with CDC. Non-existing customer svcs. UV mask not cleared/approved by FDA, etc.

Do not order! The whole thing is a scam. Google ‘Leaf mask scam’ and you will see all the information. They take your money then don’t send anything.

Order was never received. Tried contacting them multiple times to cancel the order and charge but they ghosted me.

Support ghosted me for 3 months and when they finally replied, it was to say that they aren't going to do anything about the clearly flawed product I received. Neither mine or my wife's mask fits, which defeats a point of having any filters. Her small mask is made from apparently different plastic/silicone that is all warped. Face recognition (iPhone) doesn't work as advertised. Bunch of flashy marketing behind a terrible product and support.

The main problem I've had is that I have a rather small head which this mask does not fit. However, even when my partner tried it on (who has an average size head) the seal on his chin is still insufficient, with moist breath escaping down the neck. Even after adjusting the wires to make it fit his head as well as possible, the seal on the chin was insufficent. In my case, I couldn't get a seal anywhere without elongating the mask horizonally. This caused the seal around the exhaust filters to loosen so air came out of the edges of them instead. My mask also arrived without the antifog insert (known as the airshield) so it fogs up something fierce within seconds. The seal around the exhaust filters is useless. Within 5 minutes of carefully adjusting the wires around the rim to try and make it fit my partners face (which was a far easier job than mine) the 1mm silicon lip which attached the exhaust filter holders to the body of the mask popped out. They can be slid back in but they are only held in place by friction and the elasticity of the silicon body, which is not sufficient. Due to the lack of a seal to the face (the lip in contact with the face could do with being bigger, then it might actually work...) this does not provide much more protection than a face shield. Maybe less as a face shield coveres the eyes. Great concept and a pretty nice build, it's just not fit for purpose.

Scam. Backed them up in IndieGoGo and have not gotten perk. Would not respond mails, social media or smoke signs! Nothing. Even the DHL tracking number says label has been created without even handing in the package.

Horrible company horrible quality I opened the box to find a broken mask it was ripped and after seven emails to them with their terrible customer service I got zero response until 3 weeks later when they told me I couldn't return it because of covid this company's a total sham I wish I wouldn't have give him my money to them in the initial offering believe these reviews they're right on.

COMPLETE SCAM

I ordered 1 pc mask wit UV usb, November 2020. It got delivered January only after I emailed and asked for cancellation and refund. Then got notified it was on its way January through USPS was sent a non-existent tracking number. I kept emailing all their so many email contact and asked to be refunded. Suddenly it got delivered not by USPS but by UPS. It came damaged, was not sealed. I have not used it as I emailed them for return instructions. Nothing. No response. I do have them but I feel it is not safe to use because of the way it got delivered and also was damaged. If there is "crowd complain" I would like to join.

I contributed to a family pack of HEPA masks (4 masks) through Indiegogo, and then another extra HEPA mask through their own backer website around late September 2020.
Even though I knew they would arrive most probably in months, they really abused the timeline, however, I received my initial perk of the family pack (4 masks) on February 2021, but no extra mask.

By this time I sent 3 emails to their customer service, as well as 1 through Indiegogo, all for follow-up, and no email was responded ever. It was really frustrating to see how they started marketing, selling, and offering discounts to the general public when most backers like me had not received anything, not even a word from their customer service.

Finally, I found about their customer service Telegram account and contacted them to ask about the additional mask. I sent them a screenshot of the confirmation email they sent me, which included the order number, date, amount, description, and finally, when they got back to me (because they answer in like 2 days) they said that it was not paid, even though that confirmation email only gets sent when the purchase has been billed, and I told them I had the charge on my credit card statement.

I'm in process of rebutting the charge with my bank and I would not recommend anyone buying from them (even now open to the public) because overall they really have no idea of what they are doing.

The masks are pretty good, although they may not fit everybody. 3 out of 5 persons in my family didn't like it since it's rather heavy (I got used to it), and it doesn't quite seal at the chin (you really have to tinker with it to find what suits you best).
