Didn’t even get my whole order and 9m late
I ordered 3 leaf masks in June 2020 that said they would be ready to ship by July if not late August. I continued to email both Leaf Wellness and Indiegogo (who just said email Leaf) and Leaf never once replied to me. On March 3, 2021, I received a shipping notice that my order had shipped from Detroit Mi, 3 hours from me. Today is April 8, and the arrived. They did NOT come with all my extra early backer gifts that I was supposed to get and a few that I even paid extra for. We have lost 10, yes 10 loved ones to Covid19 since last May and I purchased these so my son could go to school safely, my daughter work safely and my husband work safely. What a sham. Yes, we got them. So they get 2 stars. But after we even need them now that we are all vaccinated. Well over $400 and Indiegogo was NO a help continuing to say contact the company even when i continued to say they weren’t replying and Indiegogo knew this and was refunding others.

Total scam
Total scam. Was billed $140 USD in October 2020 for a product that does not exist, has never been sent and now after 4 months of chasing them up they claim to have no record of my order (which is fascinating because somehow they managed to bill me). Avoid! Scam!

I ordered it on June 2020 and we got it…
I ordered it on June 2020 and we got it March 2021. No customer service. Its a scam. The mask does not work, I tried different configuration of the straps and the air goes in and out the bottom of the mask. I feel super cheated. I cannot even give back a bad product.

Leaf Wellness: Fails to Deliver
I would rate this company ZERO stars is possible. I placed an order on their website for the LeafPro mask on 12/31/20 with promised delivery in February. As March rolled around, I submitted an inquiry about my order through email (Zendesk). Over a week has passed with NO RESPONSE. I dowloaded the Telegram app to communicate with them through Livechat. More than a day has passed with NO RESPONSE to several submitted chat messages. There is no phone number on their website to call. Customer service is nonexistent. This company has ghosted backers through Indiegogo as well, as there are several irate messages from backers posted there. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company for goods not received and I hope I have not been robbed of several hundred dollars by this company. Proceed with extreme caution.

Order At Your Own Risk, Possible Fraud
Seems to be fraudulent - email is invalid. I never received my $521 Indiegogo perk even though products are being sold on a different site. Even orders from that site have problems. No responses to attempts to contact.
