I found using leafyard really intuitive. I didn't initially think it would help, but I stuck at it and it totally made me more self aware of how to keep my mind healthy!

I really enjoy using leadyard

I really enjoy leadyard, it’s helped me have moments of calm and to slow my mind down when I’m feeling stressed! Some excellent coping strategies that once I implemented into day to day life have made a massive difference to my overall well-being

Best Buddy…

I found Leafyard very helpful and easy to use the meditation is very relaxing and helps to calm my mind into a better place,,and the journal is so good for off loading all those anxious thoughts that rally around in your mind so good to put them into words and look back at them over the period of time and compare how much more clearer my thoughts are.This app is like my best buddy it’s there for me when ever I need it I feel so much more like my old self now.

Leafyard has helped me so much with…

Leafyard has helped me so much with anxiety and depression, I really like that it is all based on science so you know the advice is sound. I also really like that unlike therapy it fits around my schedule: I don’t have a consistent working pattern often working late and just don’t have time for a regularly scheduled hour of therapy every week. George (the actor in the videos) is great at making the service feel personal, and very calming every time I open the app.

Very knowledgeable...

Very knowledgeable and useful day to day tips, and enjoyed knowing the science behind each coping mechanism. The fact I can fit it around my busy schedule and access it wherever and whenever was a deal breaker.

Amazing

Leafyard is a great tool to help manage stress and anxiety. There are many resources on there and it really does make a difference. I also purchased some of the gym kits to use during the exercises and it was great quality.

Leafyard is a great way to relax and…

Leafyard is a great way to relax and manage my anxiety, I enjoy the meditation just before I fall asleep or when I wake up at three in the morning, those extra hours sleep makes all the difference to my day. I certainly would recommend it to anyone who would like to improve their mental health. Couldn’t be without it. Thank you Leavfyard

Could be better…

I signed up a year ago and was initially impressed. However, the main video presentations are by a guy who I find a bit creepy. I just can’t relate to them. I stopped using the site because after logging in and viewing this guy, I was really hating the whole experience.
I was horrified to find that they’ve just billed me another £96 for something I hate. There was no reminder, nothing, just a massive £96!!! This is no way to operate a site dedicated to mental health. I thinks it’s just a money making racket!
Others have obviously found it useful but I don’t. I wasted an initial £96 but now they’ve billed me again without warning. Surely sites like this should ask for feedback? They should not just bill people for nearly £100 without warning…

They’ve refunded me!

Leafyard is a great tool to help anyone…

Leafyard is a great tool to help anyone manage stress, anxiety or feelings of depression. I particularly like the small meditation exercises that are available and often come back to these when i'm feeling anxious or need help falling asleep. It only takes a small amount of time out of your day but makes a huge difference to your life!

Brilliant service and app

Brilliant service and app, very easy to use and effective whilst being relatively low commitment. The advice is actually helpful and scientific, and there are references for all of the techniques that you learn.

Leaf yard,

My sister gave me the leaf yard voucher to use. I finally started using it only, a few days go. I’ve found it very useful, and knowledgeable, with good affirmations, and good tools to learn from. I’m only two days in, using it, but I feel much better in my self wellbeing. This will surely help people, and also it will make a difference to mental health issues. No one is alone, you can reach out to people with the guidance and the knowledge from using it.

Like a mental health “gym membership”

Great and original product bringing a proper CBT course to you in an accessible and friendly way. Good for anyone and could really help some people. I like the video delivery and the email prompts to remind me to check in.

I absolutely love using leafyard it’s…

I absolutely love using leafyard it’s helped me to get back to being more balanced in my life. I’m a qualified personal trainer & therapist so fitness is very important to me. Equally so is mental fitness which I have neglected.
Leafyard is so user friendly. I use the web app on my phone so I’ve always got it with me.
It puts you on your own unique journey depending on what you need. Eg: I suffer with poor sleep, I over think… so the videos I tend to help me to address my thoughts & over thinking before they have a negative effect on my emotions.

The video’s generally give sound positive, uplifting, advice & encouragement.
You actually feel like your in a safe confidential space, on a one to one.
It makes you feel your not on your own !

The meditation & breathing techniques are something I do on a daily basis especially before I go to sleep.
The breathing technique 5:5:7 helps me to focus & quieten my brain.
Just recently the meditations have started to send me to sleep before it’s finished which is amazing.

The structured journaling is something I didn’t do much of at first because I thought it would take too long, but it actually only takes 2/3 minutes with 5 sentences. Sometimes I write more depending on how much I “want to get off my chest ! “
It helps to get my thoughts in order. At the end of the journaling I definitely feel lighter & often change the way I think & feel.

I will continue using Leafyard for mental wellness & just like I train my body for physical fitness.
