Scheduling someone to come out once the bot detected a leak was terrible. Once the tech came out, he was super knowledgable and personable. He found the leak and fixed it...couldn't ask for anything more.

I was skeptical at first because…
I was skeptical at first because LeakBot sent a notice indicating I might have a leak. I initially thought it was due to having visitors for a week. A technician named Jesus was sent to my house. He performed a thorough, professional evaluation and found two toilet flaps leaking. I would have never noticed them myself. He replaced the flaps and left me very satisfied with his professional work.

The techs that have been to my house are great and they do a thorough job but I still have a system alarm for over 147 days but there’s nothing wrong in the house. So how do I know when there actually is?? Maybe the bot itself should be replaced??

I had an excellent experience with LeakBot. The technician, Carl, who came out yesterday, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough during the inspection of my home. I got a notice on the app that I had a slow leak. I scheduled an appointment. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. There were leaks in 2 toilets that I couldn't detect myself. He replaced parts and fixed everything. Great service and it cost nothing. Glad I have LeakBot.
