I am learning things about the repair adapt and resilience that I had not known. I have always known sleep (good sleep) was important and now I understand why! I have been blessed with the ability to quiet my thinking so I can fall asleep. I have never had a TV in my bedroom. No cell phones within 15 minutes to sleep time.

The importance of recovery
One knows a lot of that all, but it’s very important to keep it on mind, understand the processes deeper and find own way how to make it part of daily routine. The structure, content and interpretation of contexts support all of that. The graphics and animations are beautiful and they perfectly complement the importance of processes.

I like the key concepts of human biology especially those about body structure and movement. This is very insightful.
