Tests reinforce material. I do hope there are frequent tests to incorporate previous lessons with new. Repetition is key in my view.

Needs more technical information …
I like this as a review but it lacks technical information. Like what actual processes are occurring enduring repair that really helps me understand how the process occurs not just that it occurs.

Bad Business Practice
I had an experience with MyGrowth that revealed a company that is satisfied with bad business practice. I subscribed to the offering and within 30 minutes decided that I had made a mistake and would not have time to use the program. I canceled immediately without ever even opening the program. They happily informed me that they would not refund the payment but I could use the program until the end of the subscription period. This is short sighted business policy and the cause of this negative review. It may or may not reflect on the quality of their offering

Customer service gives personalized responses, no automated email responses.
The customer service department was so extremely helpful and i felt like i was talking to an actual real person, no automated email responses. I was corresponding with an individual in the CS department. To me, that alone, is what makes a company successful especially in this newly AI charged app world. It's good to know that with Mygrowth my opinions and concerns matter. I love the "bite sized" lessons this app offers it doesn't make me feel over whelmed with information.

I am learning things about the repair…
I am learning things about the repair adapt and resilience that I had not known. I have always known sleep (good sleep) was important and now I understand why! I have been blessed with the ability to quiet my thinking so I can fall asleep. I have never had a TV in my bedroom. No cell phones within 15 minutes to sleep time.
