Poor quality and poor customer service
I had purchased a convertible learning tower. I found the buckles to be unsafe as they keep coming undone which makes it unsafe for my child to use. I contacted the company with the issue and they have not yet got back to me with a solution. Very poor customer service and very expensive. Do not use this company at all!

Our learning tower arrived yesterday…
Our learning tower arrived yesterday and we are really pleased with it. However we are disappointed in the quality of the shape sorting attachment. It feels rushed and unfinished, the edges are still sharp (and unsafe for our LB!), the painting is messy and there is no varnish to finish the product. We’re quite shocked of the quality for a £300+ order. We were so excited about the busy board and the potential of adding new attachments for Christmases and Birthdays. However we would hesitate to purchase any further based on the quality. I’ve also struggled to find a way to share this feedback with customer service. The Instagram profile does not accept new messages and I cannot find an email address on their website.

Misled and Disappointed
I feel very disappointed with my purchase.
I bought the 'minimalist folding learning tower' from this company. It has arrived and the product itself is well made and I believe will suit our needs well.
However, it is branded by a company called 'leg&go', and not made by the Learning Tower Company. I have rechecked the page for this item and nowhere does it say it is made by a third party, it is all written as if it's a proprietary design/item. This is misleading. Had I known this website was purely a platform I would have gone elsewhere, indeed if you search 'leg&go folding Montessori learning tower' you can find the exact same item for £30-40 cheaper elsewhere online. I feel I have wasted money unnecessarily through somewhat deceitful tactics.
I also left a 2 star review for this item on the website which 24+ hours later still has not appeared on the page. It makes you question all the glowing reviews/absence of any negativity, as if feedback is perhaps censored.
Learning Towers Company - interested if you have a response here and what any recourse could be.

We work with multiple supplier-partners as well as creating a selection of our products ourselves, in order to bring our customers the best selection of learning towers in one place. We stock all bestsellers here in the UK meaning we can fulfil customer orders on a 1-2 day timeline, which our partners can generally not achieve otherwise. Prices vary throughout the season and we’re not necessarily able to track prices should our partners be selling at a different price at any given point in time. I’m afraid that this price represents the price point that allows us to cover our warehousing, customer support and marketing. We’re sorry you feel disappointed by this but we’re saddened to hear that you consider this to be in any way deceitful or misleading.

Great quality
Arrived quickly, expensive but really nice quality and looks stylish. Toddler loves using it as a table - refuses to use as a tower currently but hopefully will get good use out of it.

Issue with delivery but otherwise good
We ordered two towers which we assumed would be delivered together. One arrived the next day but there was no sign of the other, and no tracking info available. After chasing up twice, the second one was delivered a week later. Email communication was quick and helpful but I can't give 5 stars because the order was messed up and we had to wait for the second one. The towers themselves are fantastic.

Delivery has taken far too long
We ordered the tower on 2nd February thinking this was coming from the UK so in plenty of time for our granddaughters visit. She left today 16th February and still not received. We can't review it as it hasn't been used and now won't be used until August.

The colour of the learning tower is…
The colour of the learning tower is beautiful, and the overall quality feels solid. The instructions for adding the Stability Feet were clear and easy to follow, which made assembly straightforward.
I do like the product, but I’m not entirely convinced it’s worth nearly £200, so I’ve taken one star off for the price. I’ve also deducted another star for delivery. I placed my order on 15 January and received it on 5 February, which is quite a long wait. If you need this item quickly, the delivery time may not be ideal. Having to chase for updates was also a little frustrating.
Overall, it’s a lovely product, but there’s room for improvement in pricing and delivery communication.

Excellent Product but delayed delivery
I am very pleased with the Ultra Slim - Folding Learning Tower. It is a well made and stylish piece of furniture and my granddaughter loves it.
I have not given 5 stars because of delivery delays. However once the issue was highlighted communication was very good.

Shipped and arrived as expected, the quality is really good and finish quality is really good, I went for the linseed finish. very sturdy. I noticed during purchasing that you can choose a colour to a RAL code, as someone who works in manufacturing, offering that level of customization is absolutely incredible.

Learning tower for toddlers
Bought the learning tower as a Christmas present for my grandson who is 18 months old. He loves it🤩. So far he’s helped his mommy make crumble topping for stewed apples, pastry for left over gammon pie and constructing pizza topping on base. He doesn’t need picking up now to see what mommy is doing in the kitchen
