Unsafe design, sharp protrusion
In my opinion the original learning tower design is not safe and therefore not fit for purpose. The metal clasps protrude upward above the table surface when unfolded, and the end of this clasp is sharp. This could cause serious injury to a small child were they to fall and hit their head here.
I have requested a return and full refund, however it is beyond their 14 day return period. The company has offered to cover the cost of return shipping for them to inspect the product for defects. Hopefully this will result in a fair resolution, as I am not comfortable with my child using the product in its current form.
Update:
The company has refunded the purchase and offered a good will discount against future purchases. Overall the customer service was good to deal with. It is a shame about the clasp design, because other than that we really liked the product and our child was very happy with it for the short time he used it before I noticed the issue, it was sad having to take it away. If they could resolve this design issue I would consider purchasing in future.

The tower is a brilliant idea, I felt when we were putting it together, the wood was The The tower is a brilliant idea when we were putting it together I thought the wood was rather thin, when we delivered it to my grandson, he loved it but with it being so light he could move it around easily he is only 2 years, which was not the idea, we came up with maybe an anti slip mat underneath, also very slippery when coming out of the tower, so its slippers on or maybe some rubber on the steps would help.

poor assembling instruction, worst than Ikea's
I have high hope for the folding learning tower, the assembly instruction is worst than Ikea's, has a video link which still does not explain a thing, the end result is that the platform where the kid should stand is not levelled with the floor, it has an angle, it is not safe for use at all... too late for return... very disappointed

I was injured while wiping the learning tower that I received. I approached customer service immediately about the incident because I don’t want this happen to any kid when they running their little fingers along the edge.
The customer service replied fairly quickly after one day. Instead of checking my photos sent carefully, they asked me again the photo of the damaged side and asked me whether I could remove the chip myself and offering me £10 out of GOODWILL ( is it normal assuming any customer would let the chip staying overnight and get inflammed).
Worse than that, the customer service stated “ Based on your description, it’s possible that the platform was damaged during transit or perhaps while being assembled.” I cannot exclude the possibility that the tower was damaged during transit, if so, it’s their responsibility to rethink whether to wrap the product in a different way. But again, is it normal to suspect your customer being so stupid to create a chip and run their fingers against it?
All I want is their concern about where might be wrong about the product I was sent, and make sure that there would be no other customer injured again, but all I got is “ each tower undergoes a strict inspection and quality control process before leaving our warehouse, including a full visual and structural check. We have also provided a video showing this process to demonstrate our R&D and quality standards. Therefore, we do not believe it would be fair to conclude that this issue originated from our production process without conclusive evidence.”
When I stated that I would share my experience online, this is the response I got “ We will not be influenced or harassed under the premise of potential reviews; transparency benefits both parties when all details are accurately represented.”
They offer me £20 out of GOODWILL but the amount has never been received.
If you want to buy a learning tower from them, be prepared for what happens to me.

Hi Dr Wang. Thank you for sharing your experience. First of all, we're very sorry to hear that you sustained an injury when cleaning your learning tower and we're relieved to hear that it was not serious.
All of our products are produced in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulations (2005), EN 71-3 legislation and the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 where applicable. All products are thoroughly inspected and it is extremely rare that a customer would receive a product with a damaged or unfinished edge. That said, our products are made from responsibly sourced FSC certified wood which is a natural material in accordance with the Montessori principles, therefore there is an unavoidable albeit very small risk that the wood would generate a splinter, as has unfortunately come to pass in your case.
I have thoroughly reviewed the correspondence between you and our Customer Service Manager. I see that our Customer Service Manager acted quickly and sympathetically to your situation. I can see that they asked you to provide pictorial evidence of the state of the package upon delivery to aid our investigation, which you were unable to provide. I see that they offered to replace the damaged/defective component with a new one. We consider that this response was fair and helpful and in line with our policies.
Unfortunately, in our review we also see what we would consider to be manipulation and threats from you as the customer, stating on more than one occasion that you would "share the experience with public" if we didn't revise our response and extend what we considered to be an appropriate level of goodwill.
As our Customer Service Manager stated, "is entirely your right [to leave a review], and we fully respect it. We only ask that any feedback you share reflects the full and factual context of the case, including the photographs, correspondence, and resolution options offered. We will not be influenced or harassed under the premise of potential reviews; transparency benefits both parties when all details are accurately represented."
Ultimately, Dr Wang, we're very sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. We wish you and your chid the very best with your product and we hope it brings joy, nurturing and facilities special memories with your family for years to come.

Adjustable tinker table and chairs
I have ordered the Adjustable Tinker Chairs and Table for my son, as I wanted something long lasting and from natural materials.
The delivery arrived as scheduled and assembly was quite easy. I'm really pleased with the design and quality. My 1.5 year old loves to sit and climb all over it now :-)
I would definitely order again and will look at other products from this company.
